Nice but not very functional... Like shower is quite "open" splashing part of the bathroom, or a street light going directly to my eyes when trying to sleep becaus curtains did not closed completely... Minor things except... The dishes were not properly clean, some of them had some tomato sauce from previous tenants, or glasses felt like glued to the cupboard for some unknown reason. I washed them and problem solved.

Great clean rooms and quiet location just outside of the town. Supermarket and market a short walk a way. Decent cooking equipment and lots of windows to air the apartment. 5 min walk into town and safe bike lockup in the courtyard.

An eye mask was needed for the bedroom and a better curtain arrangement would make this a 10/10. Little nervous about the tiny old fashioned lift but it did its job.

This is not a typical hotel experience but more like a residence. A lovely courtyard in the center was a great place to sit and read. The rooms are not cookie-cutter but are all a little different, each with their own eccentricities. I really enjoyed my stay; I felt I was living there, not just staying there. Shout-out to Massoud, who was super friendly and accommodating! The location is also great: near the Rhine, Altstadt, Konigsallee, Carlsplatz market, good restaurants and shopping

Unfortunately, we had very hot weather during our stay and the aircon was non functional, well it did not cool. The team did however place a fan in the room that helped a bit and they offered for us to change rooms but we had just unpacked and did not want to pack everything again so we declined the offer. They did schedule a repair with technicians but it was not fixed before we left. So I guess if we had moved we would not have had this issue. :-)

The location of Living am Carlsplatz is awesome, you are right next to a bakery, that makes awesome fresh bread or rolls in the morning, you are very close to Rewe and Lidl as well as the Carlsplatz Market - awesome food and you are very close to the Altstadt as well as the U-bahn and the trams. Although you are in a big city noise levels are low. Quite funny - there a chickens running around - and no they do not wake you up in the morning.

The automatic lights in the bathroom! No lift, we were on the 2nd floor(3rd floor for Americans) so it was a 50 step climb to the room. I seem to have gotten older somehow!

You can hear everything if someone use the main stairs . Also our room was "saw better days " all furniture was old. Very small space to hang your clothes so mainly you need to storage them in your luggage. Hotel pictures in booking and in real life didn't match ...

The location of the apartment is amazing: very central from all points of view. Bakery- half a minute walk, good restaurants - two-three minutes walking distance, shops of any kind literally everywhere around. The famous and the gorgeous Kö alley fashionable promenade is 5 minutes from home. The property is bright sunny apartment with all the necessary equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. It is quite and if you open the windows it is only birds singing you will hear, so good sleep is 100% guaranteed. The host is extremely helpful and attentive. I loved place so much, that I would live here even forever, but now I just hope to come again. Note: I was traveling with person in the wheelchair and it was absolutely great having no problem to move everywhere inside the spacious apartment.

Great location, in the middle of the 'old town' (near museums, market place, shopping, etc), yet quiet, with inner courtyard view into a garden. Nicely decorated room w/kitchenette, coffee machine, water kettle and pretty much all one would need to cook - if one wanted to do that; very comfortable bed, nice shower and very friendly and helpful management.

Very excellent location, warm, comfortable, nice oasis. Quiet and calm. The manager is very kind, friendly, helpful and amazing. Highly recommend this stay. It felt like home. The location was perfect, close to everything, grocery, apoteka, trains/bus, old town, and all the main sights. Beautiful nature also near by. All in all, I would come here again soon, because the stay was very good and the manager of the stay was super nice.
