We would have preferred a small coffee machine in the room rather than the galley at the entrance to each floor. The boiling water tap was tricky to operate and potentially hazardous.

I loved that the location was so convenient and great parking. JULIA was so lovely, she sorted a problem we had with the umbrella distributor in minutes by finding an immediate solution and ensuring the refund for the umbrella was issued. An asset to your team, good catch. The bed in the floor is not for everyone and should be mentioned, i guess if you’re older it’s pretty difficult to get out of bed.

The hotel is part of the Ruby Hotels and they all stand out as the best designer hotels in Austria and Germany. We stayed in Ruby hotels wherever we could see them present in the city. They have the 24/7 bars, great working areas, wi-fi and vibe.

This was an amazing stay! The only slight issue we had was being unable to use the TV in our room as it was set to one language and there were no streaming options for our own use, but this was only a minor issue and did not fault our stay. Just something for future guests to be aware of

Our stay exceeded our expectations, with so much to offer that we have never seen else where ( you can rent a guitar and bring to your room, use of a speaker or amp, free drink voucher, quirky personality and features which gave this hotel a really good feel), even the automatic doors in the corridors which made it much easier for us it all our luggage. The Ruby Hannah hotel has so much to offer! The general expectations, ie. Cleanliness, comfort, noise, was perfect, despite the use of guitars and speakers in rooms we couldn’t hear any noise. The bed was very comfortable, with 2 duvets provided and everything was very clean. The shower ( see through but with a wraparound curtain on the bedroom side) was a quirky feature we haven’t seen elsewhere too, and lots of soaps and washes were provided. All staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming too. We couldn’t fault our stay here, we just wish we had longer!

I love all the Ruby hotels. Therefore nothing different here in Stuttgart at the Ruby Hanna. I love their set up, the rooms, the breakfast, the location, and the staff was very friendly as well. I will always go back to a Ruby Hotel if there is one in the city I want to visit.

Room flooded. Front desk not super helpful or concerned. Moved us but no housekeeper or maintenance on duty…so hopefully unit below didn’t flood too. (17:00). Billed for breakfasts for stay, when this was included in selection from booking.com. Have reached out to hotel to address.

It was 32 degrees when we visited Stuttgart but the airconditioning did not manage to get the room cold enough unfortunately

Nice style and great location in the center of Stuttgart, also nice the deal with the garage of the mall you can get a discount from the hotel. Nice cocktail when you do not need roomcleaning.
