If I must mention something then they might offer towels that are a bit thicker.

Very central location close to the centre within walking distance. A parking garage (Qpark) is across the street under the square and it is spacious and has plenty of parking space. It costs € 20 for the 20 hours that we parked. The hotel has very quiet rooms with good noise isolation and good ac (35 degrees Celsius when we visited). I chose a no breakfast option but there’s a bakery just across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was tricky to find the entrance to the parking space. Trouble when checking out. We had paid all the fees - and parking! - when checking in. When checking out the reception desk wanted us to pay again! They had no notes of us paying nor a copy of the payment. A discussion followed. Fortunately I had saved the receipt in my suitcase - which I hade to open in the reception in front of all guests to proof our payment. Not a pleasant experience.

Good location of the hotel - near the Old town. Very good size on the room - with large windows and a view over the town square with walking people around. A dark furnished room - but it seemed to have been renovated in the bathroom recently. Close to the train station. Large and nice selection at breakfast. Older hotel that seems to be renovating over time.

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, and it was rather difficult to get a cup of tea in the evening (the bar, which was open, does not serve tea). Although the room was generally quiet, I could hear the TV in the adjacent room (thin walls), late into the night.

Good location, close to the city centre and well connected by public transport with other parts of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good (but very busy). Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Couldn't get anything to eat when we wanted to check out around 11.45 am. The restaurant serves any food only after 12 noon. Try to keep at least some items to eat in a restaurant for simevody who wants early lunch and Check-out

Everything was lovely until the moment we found a video in our car that a hotel worker was trying to get into our car at a hotel parking lot🤷‍♀️

There was a major conference, and the hotel did not do a good job, signing for the conference and the other guests, it created quite a trouble with elevators and parking spaces, and general use of the common areas. We did not like that the toilet doors can't be fully closed. The air cooler system (not air conditioner) did not work in our first room, and when we first brought this to the front desk, the staff was very negative, however they quickly admitted to their mistake and upgraded us to a room with a working air cooling system.

We much appreciated that we could bring our four dogs for a special pet charge. We first had some bumps with the staff, but a great guy at the front desk promptly made changes to that, and made sure we had a comfort stay.

The room was quite worn-out, air-conditioning not sufficient and really uncomfortable beds. Very soft mattresses, cheap bedding like in the hospital.

Room cleaning. If you don't ask/remind. There will be no cleaning at all. It would be good to take out the trash at least every day. The water pressure in the sink is too weak. There are catastrophically few sockets. There is only one socket near the bed. Basicly only two sockets for charging.

The location of the hotel is super. The breakfast is great and filling. The room is large, the view was gorgeous.

Radisson Blu-Leipzig was located perfectly. We were able to walk or get transportation to places while there. I think the staff could use some training on customer service. There was a woman/server in the Lounge that went out of her way to be pleasant and personable. I found myself hoping that she would be working the times we were in the lounge 🥴
