A bit of a hike to get into town

The parking was overpriced. 23 euros for 24 hours if you are going in and coming out of parking multiple times. (obvious we are on a trip) For single usage, it was 6 euros.

The stay was good. Staffs were welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful. My 7 year old son enjoyed swimming at the pool. The building looks fancy from outside. My stay was at 11th floor and so I had nice view from my window.

I went there specifically for the spa and Sauna area and when I arrived learned it was being out of order. Also there were unruly drunk guests in front of my room making a lot of noise so I had to call the reception. Even though reception resolved this there was no follow up.

The Sauna was out of order for renovations-unannounced.

The treatment is good, but there was one person we asked to provide us with a pillow, and he did not accept. The whole bed had only one pillow.

The food at the hotel restaurant is very expensive, and its quality isn't top-notch. While the hotel staff are competent, they are sometimes prone to inappropriate jokes.

This is a good hotel that lives up to the Radisson brand, located right in the center of Frankfurt. It features an excellent terrace, a restaurant, and a smoking area. The view from the window is great, overlooking the city. As it was my first visit to Frankfurt, this hotel really helped me enjoy my trip.

We stayed in floor 17 one level under the gym located at floor 18. At 3:30am someone was working out and throwing the weights to the floor. I called reception at 3:30am and 4:30am to talk to the person however nothing changed the person was still making a lot of noise. I personally think the gym should be closed during night hours.

Having to tell staff that there was no slippers and robes left in the room, also that the complimentary bar was empty. Took fridge some time to chill drinks. Asked for adjoining rooms which we got, but was told we could not have the keys to operate the door so was a pain having to go into the corridor to knock on there door to speak to them plus having to take key so did not get locked out, having the adjoining door open we could have eliminate all the messing about.

The mattress was too hard. The pillows didn't fit the hard mattress. Swimming pool is nice but no good view as the windows were a bit old and foogged up.

For such a great hotel, I feel the Sauna is really really small.

Everything was reallly amazing, I fell in love with the 18 floor in general, the Gym is amazing.

Room keys didn’t work a couple of times, and the cleaner let them self in without warning in the morning

We specifically booked/ requested a panoramic view but was not given a room to meet that request. The room was not as clean as I would have liked (a hair on the bed, general wear/dirt on the carpet, bathroom was clean but not "shiny"). The rooms are not sound-proof and the beds did not have chargers next to them, making it difficult to plug in sleeping aids and charge phones.

The room was "fine". It was adequate to our needs, and no major issues, but I don't have a lot of great things to say about it. My spouse and I both felt like the room and stay was not worth the cost, especially compared to surrounding options.

Very stupid room setup for a ‘panorama room’ First of all, the room itself is really small that you don’t even have any space to put your luggage. It has panorama window but there’s nothing you can see with that windows since one side is blocked by the building itself and another side was blocked as well because they have stupidly big desk with tv which was attached on the desk. I dare to say this useless desk is taking 1/3 of the space of your room I was moving 3 times with the panorama rooms but everything was same.

Great view from premium room and helpful staffs. I had ac issue with my panorama room so I went around most of the same room and got moved to premium room So I’ll write what I felt with those rooms down below.
