Location is really convenient, close to the train station and from a walking distance to the port and the city. The apartment was really clean, and the small but nice kitchen gave the opportunity to prepare something for quick breakfast and to storage some basic groceries.

Covenient, near train station. Quiet neighbourhood. Adequate amenities for cooking and bathing and toileting needs.

There was someone knocking on the door in the night...will be good if there is a peep hole to see who is outside.

Great self contained flat with nice kitchen and sitting area etc- secure bicycle storage (which mattered to us as bike touring) self check in was effortless- good communication from landlord- clean - good decor

Very helpful and friendly customer service. Location is great, and everything I needed in terms of stores, gym, etc. could be found closeby. Very peaceful and quiet, despite the central location. Apartment had everything I needed in terms of kitchen utensils, ironing board etc.

It was not possible to collect keys the way that was described in the check-in information mail. The PIN code was accepted, but there was simply no key issued from the key dispenser. I had to call customer service in the middle of the night. Regarding cleanliness, there was a lot of dust in the apartment upon arrival. In addition, there is black mold in the shower, and the apartment generally smells weird, likely due to issues with ventilation (when neighbours are cooking it stinks in the entire apartment) WiFi kept disconnecting randomly, which made it difficult to have video calls for work, so for business travellers I would highly recommend bringing your own internet solution. There isn't blinding/black-out curtains for all windows, which makes it very light in the bedroom when the sun rises. Wasnt an issue for me, but I'd defintely recommend to bring a sleeping mask if you are light-sensitive at night.

The accommodations are very clean. It’s decorated in a charming fashion and located in a cute gated courtyard. It was fully stocked with towels toilet paper and even some condiments and seasonings in the kitchen which was nice as we were traveling as a family. Had I known the hosts were going to be as accommodating as they were I would have paid double for the stay. Our host helped us quickly when the front gate didn’t work due to a dead battery and also saved our trip by helping us find a rental car on a national holiday. We scoured every online site and called everyone available and when we asked for a referral we had a car picked up 10 minutes later. What a game changer for our travel plans. In addition tho this there is a binder in the house with rental places and places to eat and drink as well. What an incredible stay. Made all the difference traveling abroad with our family.

We had a hard time checking in at first because the front gate battery on the key box died. We got an IMMEDIATE response from Martin and he not only fixed the issue but reimbursed the extra costs we had incurred paying our taxi driver to wait on us. This could have happened at any Airbnb but no one could have equaled the service and care that Martin provided for us. He was communicative throughout and resolved the minor issue with urgency.

We stayed in the apartment “Wuddi” for one month during our business trip to Münster. We had a excellent experience! The location, the modern apartment and the hosts was the best we could imagine. Totally recommended!

It was an easy check-in and check-out. The host met with me to show me the facilities.

They did not provide me enough dish soap or dish washing soap for my longer stay. No laundromat on site just be aware.
