How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Car park was smaller than expected.
The staff were brilliant. I arrived late and there were no parking spaces. But the staff arranged for me to use an EV space for a small fee.

Room very hot with no ac or a fan available. Rooms are not soundproof at all, if room is on side of Shell fuel station then you can hear their refrigeration unit. Was expecting parking, we parked in carpark as it wasn't even half full (when we booked it said parking available on first come first serve basis and reservation wasn't possible) to be told by the receptionist all spaces were reserved and we would have to park elsewhere! When asked where we could park he wasn't very forthcoming and shrugged his shoulders saying maybe the street behind or in a supermarket carpark. We managed to park in the street behind but didn't feel very comfortable doing this. Car was ok however. When we got up in the morning there were still lots of spaces in the carpark! Glad we were only staying for one night.
Location was good. Beds comfy. Breakfast offered a good selection. Clean throughout.

Thought the hotel had free parking spots, it wasn't too big, so you may have to find a parking spot somewhere else of you are driving there.
The hotel was quite nice, and they were very flexible with us doing a late check-in. The amenities in general were good, and the room was very nice - comfortable bed, nice toilet and overall very clean.

Size of the room, too small and the tv position was bad for posture as I had to either lay diagonal on the bed or put my head where my feet should be and if you do that you will be facing the main window. But I still enjoyed my stay. Very clean hoterb

Contrary to some reviews, the hotel is good, adequate for staying. Modern look, no lavish spaces that are never used either. They fit the purpose, time to relax, parking space and a decent breakfast. Very attentive staff.

The keycards didn't work and had to be changed at least 5 times. The double rooms are tiny with only a bed and not even room to open your luggage. There is no fridge or water boiler or any other facilities. No air-conditioning and very warm rooms.

Nice and clean room, easy access 24/7 , really appreciate later breakfast ( until 10:30) and later checkout (12:00) as we arrived late in the night . Good breakfast included. Great value for the money.

In general, the hotel is great. But we didn't like the beds. They are comfy, but moved apart all the night long, so my partner nearly fell between the beds.

It will be better if there is other entrance to access the hotel from the backside, since the hotel located between 2 big street...so on rainy or snowy season it will be more comfortable for the guest if they travel by car. If there is a roof at the elevator at the street level...it will be more comfortable for the guest especially on the bad weather.
The breakfast is good. My family love it. There is an elevator at the hotel, so it is easy and very helpful if you bring more luggage. Although the toilet is small...it is very clean and comfortable.
