As mentioned the shower head holder was a bit broken and the noise of the station isn't for everyone. I'd definitely say this is more of a short trip stay place than anything.

The room was very spacious and well decorated. The light level was a bit low. Definitely gave a moody vibe 😜. Bathroom was great. Large shower though the shower head holder was a bit broken and kept dipping down. The location is excellent if you're coming to Baden Baden by train. you are literally on platform 1. For us, this was fine we live next to train tracks so we were used to the noise and we are heavy sleepers. Definitely would not recommend for light sleepers due to the trains and station announcements. Check in is in the coffee shop below, and if you're checking in out of hours they provide lots of clear instructions.

Needed to stay a night before flying from Baden-Baden/Karlsruhe-Airport. Late flexible check-in, the hotel is in the train station and next to bus stop to the airport, so perfect for a quick logistic stay.

The furniture requires maintenance, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be improved. There is no one at the front desk during the night to assist in case of any issues.

The location is exceptionally convenient, especially in winter. Being situated right at the train station makes it ideal for a short stay of 1-2 nights, particularly if you're traveling with luggage or children.

Building would need a renovation, floors were broken, ceilings, walls looked used as well. It can get loud at night due to trains and people being outside at the train station. Some better isolated windows could help.

Difficult to actually find the check-in/entrance. It is located in the Coffee Fellows counter. Hotel is directly on the train station plattform. Noise from trains is present but manageable.

Central location at main train station. Parking (free with a bit of luck) and buses to downtown Baden-Baden available. Rooms are in an ok state. Nothing to complain about. Location interesting for railway enthusiasts or guests who arrive by train.

The hotel corridor and room were quite dark and gloomy. In the room I was in I could see that there used to be a light fitting in the ceiling, but now the main light switch turns on a standing lamp in one corner. There were some strange vibration noises in the building which were probably due to passing trains, but the noise was less noticeable during the night. Otherwise the room was fine

The location - the Hotel was above the Baden-baden Rail Station, so was easy to get to. There is a bus station next to the Rail station, so it is quite easy to travel into Baden-Baden itself. There was also a taxi rank next to the Rail Station. Karlsruhe Airport is about 8 km away There is a very good bakery / cafe in the Rail Station, as well as the Hotels own cafe. The room had a huge TV screen Note regarding location - on Monday to Friday there are buses every hour from the Rail Station to Karlsruhe Airport - starting very early (06:17). On Saturday, the bus to the airport starts later at 08:35, so beware. (08:35 was a bit too late for me, but a very helpful Taxi driver took me to the Airport on Saturday morning.)

The staff were not very helpful, the TV did not work & when we tried to ask the staff for help with it, they threw their hands up & said "we don't know". The bed wasn't 1 mattress, it was 2, very uncomfortable sleeping with a valley in the middle of the bed. They did not bring us new towels or toilet paper.

Room is more outdated than what you see in the pictures. Lamps were missing shades. Some tiles missing on the floor. Shower drain had hairs in it so it was not properly cleaned and it flooded when I turned the water on, and also there were some dust here and there.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Good location to get to the conference center with bus.

The noise of the trains is pretty constant but that’s to be expected given it’s location overlooking the platform.

Convenient location and value for money we’re key selling points. The bed was very comfortable and the coffee shop downstairs was a welcome pick me up in the morning. Parking too was very easy as there’s a big car park right outside the front door servicing the train station

The hotel's window is right next to the train. Could easily be disturbed by the platform noise. The sink has some hair left.

I can't tell I didn't like the trains passing by all night, because I knew already the hotel is just in the same building of the station, just one floor above, actually I signed knowing that, but earpods can help you to sleep better

cheapest probably in the city, easy to find, entrance with code if you arrive late, the beds are ok, it is a good place to stop in the way for a layover
