The rooms are clean and nice.

I specifically booked this hotel because parking was listed as available. Normally, if parking requires a reservation or is not available, hotels reach out in advance to inform you. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. When I arrived, I waited in front of the parking entrance only to be told by the staff that parking was not available that night. By then, it was already too late for me to make other arrangements. The staff also didn’t seem very willing to help resolve the issue, which was disappointing.

Everything was as expected. Good value for it's price. Friendly and helpful staff.

The man at the front desk on the first day was really helpful and nice to us. I used the gym in the morning, it was convenient and clean, also the coffee at the front desk was pretty nice. The room was big and quiet.

I came to ask about the breakfast at 10, unfortunately I was informed that I cannot pay for it. I thought breakfast would finish at 11, but it's only a me problem.

Clean, nice furniture, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, good breakfast, non stop reception and bar .. nothing negative I can think of

Breakfast could be improved

Excellent hotel in a great neighbourhood, close to the station for the rest of the city. I really like the decoration of the rooms, practical and beautiful. We were able to leave our suitcases in the luggage room

Stylish and comfortable with the perfect location

All good except this toylike dangerous babyfoot

There is a shitty baby foot in the hall. The bars exit more than 30cm on the other side when you play. I saw kids with eyes just at the height of the bar playing. The plastic caps are gone even if they would not save an eye. Accident will happen one day this toy is dangerous. A real babyfoot have double bars that don’t exit on the opposite side.

Not even a refrigerator nor a closet. Hotel is a hostel !
