- It's not that I didn't like...but there could be small improvements. For example a coffee machine in the room. - Sauna/wellness rules were not really respected by other hotel customers (children, no swimming suit etc) - Pool water temperature was a bit chilly but that's personal I guess. Honestly these are details and in no way did they make our experience less than wonderful.

- The location is wonderful! - Staff were very friendly, both at the reception and the restaurant. The food was really tasty even though overpriced. - The room was comfortable and the fitness/wellness are was more than adequate.

Location was the biggest challenge at the end. With the only other place to have dinner in town going on holiday as we arrived you either always have to eat at the hotel or drive somewhere (on workdays might be a longer ride as limited openings in the surroundings as well).

Hotel was lovely. Well maintained, comfortable, cosy spa area with covered outdoor section (was lovely during the heavy rain as to enjoy the greenery and the sound of the rain from under the blanket). Breakfast and restaurant both had very good quality food, even if the dinner menu was limited for me due to dietary restrictions.

It said pets were included but a fee was charged. Nothing was offered for the dog unlike some pictures from the reviews.

Fortunately it was winter time so the sun came up late, but we were missing some darkening curtains to keep out the light in the morning. We tried the wellness, but couldn't enjoy it fully since the outer door was open, and the expected warmth was missing. My wife has fibromyalgia and coming out of warm Finnish sauna into a rather cool area would be painful for her muscles iso doing good.

It all started with a very friendly welcome at the reception and a small explanation since it was our first visit. Arriving at the spacious room (we received a free upgrade) we loved the colors used and we enjoyed a good shower. We've travelled all over Europe and particularly like Germany, but the breakfast we had here was just great. It's not worth a 10, but an 11 (on the scale of 10)

Amazing location ! The staff were friendly. The whole wellness area is so clean , the pool is just perfect. The outside area which I really like is breathtaking, and the river so calming and relaxing . It was a great stay. Hopefully to come back soon. ❤️🥰

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Only two thin pillows and two decorative pillows on the bed. We had to ask twice for two extra pillows.

We were in 2th floor but we had to use some stairs to reach our room and it was a little difficult with baby!

The location was exeptionally beautifull. Breakfast was good and dinner so delicious though a bit expensive but in high quality. Personnel are nice and helpful.

Wi-Fi is a little slow.

Large room with great shower, very good bed. In the room there is a bag with a bathrobe and towel per person to enjoy the sauna and pool. we loved the sauna, swimming pool. I didn't use the gym, but I saw that it was very well equipped. The breakfast is delicious with many options at the buffet. I recommend it and intend to return to this hotel.

Everything was good, except if you prefer rather hard beds. Beds are comfortable but a bit soft for my taste.

Located in a very small town, quiet surroundings, wellness, good for walking. Comfortable nog rooms with balcony, all newly decorated. Staff was really attentive and very friendly, well run family hotel.

It’s a nice valley and you can enjoy the valley and also use other restaurants but to go timotheegras places like Monschau it takes a drive Rooms are warm and we did not have hot weather so wonder when it’s 30 degrees , no airco

Nice size and decoration. Location perfect for hiking or cycling adventures. Beautiful wellness area. The owners are actively involved in day to day operations. Breakfast was top notch.
