It was a bit warm in the room. There is just a fan, not a AC. At night the temperature was fine. The shower was clean but very small. Not a very good view from the room.

Great location, a few minutes from the main attractions. The breakfast was very good and with view of the river, but not included in the price. The staff was very polite and helpful. We came a day late, because our flight was delayed and they kept our room.

First room on floor 5 was tiny. Way too small for 1 person. Second stay I was on floor 2 overlooking the river. Better room. Hole in the wall near the bed and toilet kept running. Both rooms, no air-conditioning. Had to have desk fan on all night. Couldn't open window on floor 2 or the noise of the restaurant below was too loud to sleep.

-no water boiler/kettle. -it can be noisy at night because of the location specially when you are on the lower floor. -i can hear footsteps from other guests and whenever they enter their room (unlocking the door) -one electric fan is not enough to cover the whole room. -i can feel the spring on my bed

Does need updating and bathroom could do with a deep clean, some mould forming in areas. But clean on the surface!

Good budget hotel in the heart of Cologne. Major attractions are very close and loads of eateries on your doorstep. Room suited me well, very glad to have a fan during some hot days! Staff were friendly on check in. Good value for money.

There was a terrible noise in the room. There was no air conditioning, only a fan, which was very loud. But if you turned it off and opened the window, there was still noise coming from outside. I’ve never experienced such indifference from hotel staff toward a guest. Overall, the hotel wasn’t bad, but I would never stay there again.

The location is excellent - right in the city center, close to the river, the Cologne Cathedral and the main train station. The room was fine.

Hottest hotel room I have ever stayed in, did not matter what time of day it was it was too hot. Staff was also non existent, giving me information other than my key and would often have the front door locked during the day

In the evening it is noisy because of restaurant downstairs but when we close the window it is better.

We went for exhibition which we need the place near to the Messe and easy to travel. The front of the hotel is river and it is very nice and relax.

The hotel listed parking at the hotel, however the parking is at a close by location, public parking underground. 18 euros as described. We were traveling on motorcycles and they would not allow motorcycle parking in the underground car park so they recommended leaving the bikes out the front of the hotel, which wasn't ideal but the bikes were ok as it's a busy area. But it still left us apprehensive about leaving them there. You would be fine if arriving in a car.

The service and staff were incredible and very helpful when I needed advice on where to go they suggested some very good places and marked them on a map for me. The room was really nice with all facilities provided. The restaurant and bar is really nice in an amazing location easy to get to and good to relax after a day of exploring

It is on the riverside .You can walk and eat in many restaurants.Near the central station,ludwig museum and cathedral,just 4-5 minutes by walking.
