Our room faced the inner courtyard, and it was quite noisy and bright until pretty late at night. The kitchen goes fairly late, and you could hear all the noise coming off that and from delivery vans or scooters in the inner courtyard.

The breakfast was fantastic and the location amazing. This is in the middle of a super cute town that we had a great time exploring. Everything was clean and comfortable.

No elevator, but on the other hand only 3 stories up.

The room was very spacious and nice, in a typical traditional German building.

Perhaps if the room had a coffee maker, or a small refrigerator.... But it was not difficult to get by without either.

The location is exceptional. Right in the heart of Monschau. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was not very clean, slow Wi-Fi connection.

Hotel, located right in the Center of the town. Short distance to all small shops and and to the parking, beautiful view towards the river and the church. Very good breakfast, we also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we liked it a lot .

The pillows are a waste of time. They are as flat as pancakes. This was a shame as the bed itself was comfy.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town by the river. We had a family room and it was a great size with two bedrooms and seating area. Views of the town below.

Had my elderly parents with me and rooms were on the 3rd floor. Not a big problem.

Perfectly nestled in the old town. Nice and airy even on warm days. Very nice breakfast Restaurant serves fresh lovely dinners. Ice cream with amarena cherries to die for. Staff super friendly and very efficient. 👏👏

Parking is a short drive away. If you are unsteady on your feet the walk to the hotel, cobble stones could be a challenge

Its location is in the Center of town by the river. Perfect for a break.

The pillows were terrible. There were plenty but just the flattest most useless pillows I have ever encountered in a hotel. The front desk welcome/exit left much to be desired. They didn’t seem to have anyone manning the area that day and we had to grab staff from the restaurant (who were capable but not particularly friendly) to check us in and out.

Wonderful location. Right in the incredibly picturesque center of town. Good breakfast, very nice coffee.

Shower very dangerous with no mat for stability. Would have loved to take a shower and actually planned on it but at the age of 78 I’m cautious about a tub shower with no stability on the the floor!

We had breakfast there and it was just ok. We thought we would be able to order breakfast off a menu but it was a buffet. The good thing was that you had Cappachino!

It's a very charming hotel, very well maintained and clean. It's not far from the parking lot and it's very close from the plaza. Loved it. Don't bring big luggage because there's no elevator (I didn't, but I just wanted to point it out in case you came with a big luggage)

The only things that ruined our stay a bit was that the disco at the bar which is downstairs at the hotel was too noisy and we could hear everything in our room.

Location is perfect. Our room was very cosy with comfortable beds and great view.

Standing lamp in the room was broken, making half of the room a little dark. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were so soft that they provided little support even if you stacked two on top of eachother. Breakfast buffet refills were a little scarce in the last 30-45 minutes.

Comfortable, cosy, clean and spacious room. Clean and well ventilated bathroom. Great views from the hotel window, and great location in general. Breakfast was fine, dinner fine too but a little more expensive compared to local alternatives. Staff was friendly.

The apartment is a bit dated, can use some love. It really depended which staff member helped us if it was friendly, less friendly or in one case even unfriendly.

The location is perfect. The breakfast is abunded and good.
