The level of cleanliness is not great. Carpet looks worn, the curtains are stained, the bed is also with some spots.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t coping with the heat so sleeping at night was difficult.

The breakfast was excellent, wide choice always topped up and tasty.

Didn't like the fact you had to tell reception that you wanted the room to be cleaned Towels quite small and not good quality One of the waiters downstairs Simon, must not of seen our room key card and when we stopped downstairs for a drink before we went up to our rooms was extremely rude so we ended up leaving the bar and going to our rooms

Pillows were very uncomfortable; hair dryer only works 10 seconds at a time, after that turns down automatically and you need to wait at least 2 minutes for the next 10 seconds of drying.

Certain fixtures in the room were a bit dusty. Not a big concern though.

The hotel and rooms are simple yet practical. Everything works as expected. The location was great and the sauna and gym are a great addition. The staff were super kind too!

As a vegetarian, I would have liked the breakfast more if it had more cheese and not just meat.

The room was fabulous. It was designed very nicely and practically. It was very clean. We ordered a suite so the bathroom had two sinks, and it was very well equipped. The staff, including the cleaners, the restaurant staff, and the personnel at the reception, were very kind and patient, and all of them gave us a wonderful service. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Alexanderplatz. This means that the hotel is close to the shops, restaurants, and transportation to all of Berlin. I will try to stay at the H4 hotel again on my next visit to Berlin.

We were surprised that the room did not have a fridge. Thought a fridge is standard in hotel accommodation so this is something I will check when making bookings in the future. I would not stay in accommodation without a fridge

Location is excellent with easy transport options to travel around Berlin. An extra bonus was a hop on hop off bus stop close to the hotel and good options for somewhere to eat close by

Excellent location. Very close to tram, bus, metro and subway stations. Shopping centers are right next to it. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful!

The tv channels only broadcast in German. Why not have some in English & French?

We stayed in a suite – it is very spacious: two rooms, two toilets, a bathroom with two sinks and all necessary amenities, including toothbrushes and razors. The room is very quiet, towels and bathrobes are clean and soft. The underground parking is very convenient and affordable. It’s a 5-minute walk to the metro. A wonderful hotel for a reasonable price.

It's in a central place, so easy to get anywhere in the city. Also the airport was easily accessible from there. The room was big and nice, also it was clean. The breakfast is great and it's worth the money.

There wasa conference on when we stayed so breakfast was very busy and we had to queue for thing s like the coffee machine. The room fittings were a little worn, but clean. The shower cycled hot and cold but had good pressure.

Good location, lovely breakfast with lots of options, nice bar, can sit outside too. Comfy bed & spacious room. Had a wee fridge and there was a small supermarket behind the hotel.

There are no criticisms but I was a little disappointed that there were no sausages for breakfast, which seemed unusual considering I was in, what I thought, was the home of sausages in Europe.

Exceptionally clean, well run modern hotel in a great location with friendly accommodating staff. What more could you ask for. For comfortable beds and if I could find out the make of the pillows I would buy some for my own bed. Marvellous and so reasonably priced considering it's central location.

1. Excellent location, great connectivity, safe (tourist) area. 2. Clean, air-conditioned room (& bathroom) with a small safe, minibar, tea/coffee machines. 3. A 24-hour reception with pleasant & efficient staff.

Room was very big and very comfortable since we were traveling with two children! The hotel is very close to the city center and still lots of buses and trams pass outside the hotel!
