The rooms are small the could have made slightly smaller beds so you can move in the rooms ( they are comfy though)

The reception person seemed to have ignored the loud noise and shouting in the courtyard of the hostel after midnight. Our room looked on to it. As it was still noisy at 1am I had to go downstairs and ask the chap to sort it out. I was in the bar but there curfew was completely ignored. No locker that worked in my room but a nice chap gave me free access to the superior lockers for free but I had to ask each day but no fuss. Good staff

The room, ensuite bathroom and staff were great and I really enjoyed my stay. The bar was good and there were quite a few places to eat and buy food. Good location

I didn’t realize but it’s a party hostel. I stayed there just because of the location and price. I stayed in a capsule which is in a basement room, but due to loud noise from the club area? and people who speak so loudly at midnight, I couldn’t sleep well. I stayed there only for a first few nights in Berlin but I wouldn’t have stayed there if I knew it’s a party hostel. Can’t imagine how bad it can be in normal dorm rooms

We arrived at the hotel at 4 pm and had to wait for 30+ mins to check in, the cards for the room/elevators just randomly stopped working. The cleaning lady tried to get into the room without knocking but left as soon as she heard we’re inside. The shower also was damaged.

Great location, the room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The hotel has a cute inner courtyard and lockers for the luggage (for an extra fee).

The lockers downstairs, in the PODs area don't have padlocks. You have to bring your own, otherwise, you have to buy it at the reception for €6. I didn’t know that so I had to buy it even though I have many at home. Apart from that, everything was awesome 👌.

The pipes in the capsules were strange. Often the sink had a smell of oil. Fortunately, there are many other sanitary facilities.

The establishment is very well located. In the center of berlin. You can access everything on foot and otherwise the tram and metro are literally 2-5 min away. I tried the capsules frankly, they are quite large and very comfortable. If you want to travel solo on a small budget, this is a very good plan.

Smell of cigarettes- everywhere. The hostel allows smoking in the central courtyard so the smell comes straight in the windows. Breakfast was quite basic, cold food only

All was good except the last night, when teens and early 20 somethings were literally yelling until 3am in the morning. There was NO sleep to be had. There should be rules around quiet time and they should be enforced. Absolutely no one could have missed hearing this.

1. When I arrrived at my capsule, the matress was mostly clean, but I still found thick short hairs on it and cumbles. Which I did not understand becasue they had clearly prepared the liniens for the next customer... 2. Unofrtunatle, one pair of shoes got thrown to the garbage. I had placed them close to the entrance, next to the shelf where many people placed their shoes, since it was already full. There was a trashbin closeby and apparently someone though they has the right to put them in the garbage. The person at the front desk was not very willing to help at the beginning to check, until I pushed enough to at least ask her colleagues about it, I felt it could have been handled better. The good thing is that I recovered them and they made sure to clean them and give them back to me in a good shape. 3, The restrooms seemed to have issues, maybe got clogged or something, because more than once a fe of them were quiet dirty, and didnt seem to be just like the case that the person forgot to flush, but more of a funtional problem. So that was not great, luckily there were other restroom outside (gender separated), which was sometimes a cleaner and nicer option. 4. Some people left belongings all over the place, and in a couple cases it seemed like they had been there for a while. I stayed for 3 nights, and nothing seems to be changed during that time. I felt like the admin could do a better job at informing people with sings but also while checking in on things like if something is on the floor more then 2 days (other than shoes or full bags) it will be removed. It just makes the space less neith and clean for everyone and also reduces the capacity of usable spaces like benches.

The location is great, specially trveling solo as a female, I felt like it was very safe to get there at any time. Also there is a big supermarkte close by, good connectiong to public transportation, a few restaurants in the area. I stayed at the capsules, becasue I wanted more privacy than in the shared rooms, which was how I expected it to be, mostly. The size of the capsule was ok for me, and I liked that the showers and restroooms were directly there, and thar there was plenty of spaces to accomodate your belongings.

Sometimes the wifi is a bit slow, maybe it's because the hostel is very busy during the summer time.

The room is clean, safe and well-designed, and the service is good. I'd like to express my special thanks to the staff whose name is Leo - when someone broke the rule in the hostel, he immediately stepped in to help us deal with the situation and provided a great deal of assistance. This is a real clean hostel, you got everything, just you don't have a kitchen. I felt secured and the people who work are really professional and cool. I recommend this place 100%.

So many students celebrating all night long…The hostel doesn’t have rules for Silence after 10pm…

I strongly recommend for simple guests! Close to the train station and the City Center ! Breakfast is good !
