Arrived late and The room they gave us was already occupied by another family. That was a surprise for both them and us.

Staff was nice enough, checkin easy. Room was small and stuffy so the big window was great, beds smelly of body odour and soft ( think mattresses are very old ) Long hair in sink which was also dirty. Shower good. But at the end of the day, it was located on our way home, I needed a rest for the night and it was really cheap - so one get what they pay for and I didn't expect much better than to be able to have a shower and a sleep. Cute little township with Aldi, shops and eateries close by. Would be amazing with a small fridge but again our esky worked well.

The room smells bad and the table is dirty. Someone ate on the table ang it never cleaned. The room is outside the bus stop and all the noise is heared from outside. Also in the night.

I was on holiday with my wife and children, so we definitely want ti stay together, but we got rooms in different floors. One in first floor in one end and the other one in third floor in other end. No stuff at night. Saw one at morning whom can’t talk or do not want to talk English.

The room wasn't clean , I found a used ustensiles and bag in my room . the stuff was indifferent to my complaint regarding the room cleanliness The Breakfast wasn't worth the money , just avoid it

Had to wait for two hours in the lobby for our room to get cleand, eventhough it said on the booking it should be ready at 14:00 at the latest. We arrived 19:00 fresh and broken from festival, had been in the car for eight hours and badly needed a shower and a bed, so not really fun to sit in the lobby for two hours. No compensation eighter.

Clean and simple, just what we needed for a night on the road. Supermarked next door with saladbar and fresh baguettes etc.

The room and barely clean. We stay at a "family room" which is an attic. The floor squeaky everytime someone try to go to the bath room. So it is. About hard to try to sleep with 4 people in one tiny room. With 4 people we only given 1/4 roll of toilet paper, that's all. No hand soap, no additional toilet paper. But if you are just looking for. Palace to crash for a night with cheap price and free parking then this is the place for you, but of you are looking for more than 1/4 toilet paper for 4 person then rather go somewhere else.

The price I paid for the location and a free parking is what make it rate it 5 not 3 out of 10.

The shower flexi hose is damaged and not working properly. Replace it!

Heater was not working. It's very disappointing even pointing out at reception. It was not taking seriously.

Service was not upto expectations. Staffs were unfriendly. Every time I needed to wait 15-20 mins at reception as there was no one present at reception. Basic informations were not provided at time of check-in, for example: main door can be opened in night with card as I was waiting in late night alone outside as door were locked and later I figured out that card can open door. Secondly at checkout time they needed to only collect the card (no extra entry in system) if this info was provided in beginning then I would have just left my card at check-out instead of waiting again at reception as no one was present there and would have saved my time and did not had missed my train.

Rooms on pictures are normally smaller and furniture is already old.

Friendly staff and good location because bus 150 in front of the house and the ferry around 400meters away

The room was ok, even if it had some insects in the floor carpet. I did not get any response to my messages that I sent via the Booking.com app so I didnt receive any inform about how to check in after the reception had closed. So we had to call the person in charge and he helped me find the box (which didn’t work very well and was surrounded by spider web). Staff were friendly but most didn’t speak English.

- entire hotel is ready for renovation, man at reception was unpleasant, noise from the street, dirty carpet and chair For 2 nights sufficient but for longer stay wouldnt recommend.

Most of the staff did not speak english and every one were just bored.

The receptionist was not friendly. The TV in the room with the wall mount was in awful condition. It was quite hot and there was no air conditioning. In the morning I couldn't find anyone in the reception to check-out. Actually the door was closed so I gave the key to the cleaning staff.

The location was good since I wanted to be near Airbus. I liked the cleaning staff. They were kind.
