Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that we could not fully satisfy you. This hotel has existed since 1959, but since the takeover we have always strived to gradually renovate and modernize the hotel. You can also view our rooms on the internet. We have already renovated some of them. For sustainability reasons, we have decided not to provide a minibar and coffee maker in the rooms. Please note that this is not the standard for awarding 4 stars in Germany. Kind regards

Thank you for your review. However, we would like to object to you calling us rude. You booked the junior suite with 2 adults and 2 children through booking.com. You arrived with 2 adults and 3 children. Upon arrival, you even tried to hide the 3rd child from us. Knowing full well that it wasn't possible to book this room for 5 people, you arrived anyway without informing us in advance or checking whether it was possible to accommodate another person in the room. Furthermore, there are no hidden additional costs. Every guest who books through booking.com receives a message stating that we charge an additional €50.00 for unregistered guests. At least booking.com offers the option to report such behavior. Kind regards

We thank you for your review. Since taking over the hotel in 2016, we have been in a constant renovation process and are gradually renewing and modernizing. Unfortunately, this is a lengthy process. We don't fully understand your comment regarding the pictures. There are still a few pictures on the internet before the renovation. We will also take new pictures as soon as possible. Kind regards

We thank you for your review. Since we are only a small hotel with 16 rooms, the size of our sauna is tailored accordingly. Unfortunately, depending on the occupancy, there can be an increased number of guests, especially in the evenings and in the cold months. Kind regards
