Lovely, clean rooms with excellent showers. Very friendly staff let us check in early, as our rooms were already cleaned. Very comfy beds and excellent showers! Delicious breakfast.

It is was very hot during our stay, and without air conditioning, a small fan in each bedroom would be appreciated.

Clean hotel and rooms, patio doors and small outdoor space was a bonus. Reception staff were polite and friendly. Check out at 11am was good.

Restaurant was closed when we arrived at 9pm. It said 10pm on listing and that was why we chose it so we were disappointed with that. Reception told us the restaurant is not run by the hotel. The location and area is a bit run-down and bleak.

Hotel Crystal is a nice place and has a good restaurant and breakfast. Our family room was very spacious, having two separate rooms, so that the kids could sleep in their own room. It is pretty well located, not far from the main highway to Switzerland.

The hotel is located on a pretty busy road. This meant that it was quite noisy if we kept the window open and the room was pretty warm when closing the window. The bar was closed pretty early, even on a Friday night.

Close to the main road, a very comfortable hotel. Our room had a lovely balcony, overlooking the courtyard. Parking in front of the hotel or up a steep hill, behind the hotel for an extra charge. A great place to stay - spotless, the room was big and airy and quiet. Would happily stay here again. There is a great restaurant and bakery nearby, just in case the hotel restaurant is fully booked (like in the night we stayed here).Highly recommended!

My pillow was weirdly lumpy and shapeless. Luckily there was a small one as well.

The Crystal hotel is very clean with very good beds and modern bathroom. The staff ( reception, breakfast, manager) are all very polite, friendly and service oriented. The breakfast is of very good quality for its price. Excellent price value relationship. There is sufficient parking, even inside.

The area is rather industrial but it is not far from the city center.

ideal location for our needs, clean and tidy, excellent service - recommended.

The hotel is nice and close to the high way and downtown.

Last time parking across the street was free, now I paid 5€/day.

the room was very well equiped and clean. The surprise was however that I got glutenfree bread and lactose free milk during my breakfast as I had mentioned this when arriving in the hotel. On top I got a a closed garage to park my convertible car.

all was fine.
