Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The views from the balcony were amazing. We stayed on the 7th floor and it was quiet. The bathroom was fantastic. The breakfast had something for everyone.

Brilliant hotel, very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom very big with large bath. Great location. Really happy with our stay here and would recommend. Travelled with baby, cot was a great size, clean and comfortable, also got given a kettle for our room when we asked for one for our babys bottles. Was a bit concerned about the air-con after reading reviews but we stayed when it was very warm weather up to 29 degrees and we had no issues at all with the temperature of our room, it was perfect for us and our baby who slept well every night.

HungaryThe location is excellent - just steps away from the U-Bahn. The staff were absolutely fantastic! We had requested a baby cot in advance, and it was already set up in our room when we arrived, complete with the cutest bedding that our little girl adored. We originally booked a deluxe room, but when a minor technical issue occurred, the hotel staff responded immediately. Since the issue couldn’t be resolved, they upgraded us to a more spacious junior suite at no extra cost. Their professionalism and kindness were truly impressive, and every member of the team was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was also a highlight: a wide variety of options and something new to try each morning. I wholeheartedly recommend COSMO Hotel - if we return to Berlin, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

United KingdomVery central hotel, good spot to get to all the attractions. Was there only 1 night as we was attending a concert but the stay was great. The Italian guy at front desk (sorry forgot your name) was fabulous. Helped us with the iron and very welcoming. Room was so spacious, air con was good! Bathrobes provided. Very soft bed, not my favourite but it did fine for one night. If I am back in Berlin definitely staying in Cosmo

AustraliaThe wifi quality was very poor, and we had to use our own data during our stay as the connection continuously dropped out and was extremely slow when it did connect. It would have been better to have individual aircon in the room but the centrally controlled system worked fine during our stay.
The room was comfortable and the location was great. The nearest U-Bahn station was just across the road. The breakfast had good options. Coffee and eggs made to order.
