United KingdomParking was inadequate. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and it was quite ran down. Overall, it was a little underwhelming and I was disappointed - I just generally always expect a high standards from the hotels in Germany.

SwedenThe hotel is an older building, room was spacious and bed comfortable, but otherwise very basic and dated interior. Reception area is updated, wellcoming and warm.
We stayed at this hotel overnight when traveling on 4th september. Staff, reception/bar/breakfast area. Free parking on site, spacious and well off the road. Coffee and breakfast. Location, very close to autobahn but just enough distanced so it was calm for the night.

NetherlandsThis was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The room was visibly dirty, with thick dust under the bed and mold covering parts of the bathroom. The showerhead was broken, making it nearly impossible to shower properly. Power outlets were hidden behind the bed and completely unusable. On top of that, the window blinds were broken, leaving no privacy or light control. Very poorly maintained and absolutely not worth the money.
The personnel were very friendly and the breakfast was ok. The location was good for our stay.

DenmarkWe booked this hotel for a late arrival for 1 night, after checking that they have a restaurant & a bar. However, on arrival we found no restaurant at all, also for snacks they sale just some diet biscuit bars. At the bar we were able to get some beers. Check-in were very slow as one was handing over to next person for the night shift. We were told it take time since 1 of them is new and take time, so asked us to sit and wait. We wanted to go to the room, rest and sleep instead we spend more than 45 mts. drinking beers until they are ready to check-in us.

United KingdomI was on a trip travelling with another male friend on motorcycles, I genuinely think that when the check in team see two motorcyclists they assumed we were rough and dirty men. We got the room furthest away from reception, the shower was mouldy and the drain was blocked. They might say they didn’t put us in a bad room and if that is the case then the whole hotel must be worse.

United KingdomBedbugs - my son got bitten by bedbugs. He had multiple bites on his arms and back. Very itchy, red, big bites. I wrote to the hotel but they totally ignored me! We had two rooms and bedbugs seemed to be only in one of them.

United KingdomI was deliberately given a room by the reception staff that absolutely STANK and had dirty pillowcases and towels. There were spiders and cobwebs in the window corners along with mould. I have never experienced a smellier and dirtier hotel room in my life. It was also the furthest room down the hallway, and you could hear everything from the other rooms through the doors - this place does not have soundproofing whatsoever. I ended up complaining at reception about the state of the room, to which the receptionist immediately quipped "sorry, there are no other rooms". Within two seconds the receptionist changed his mind when I didn't leave, and magically found another room for me instead that was half the distance from the original one. The room was slightly better but still dirty and needed hoovering with bits all over the floor. There was also dirt around the windowsill in the new room. Conversely you hear every step and voice on the hallway when in the room trying to sleep. I had paid €84 for the room and breakfast, but after this experience I chose not to eat at the hotel due to being completely put off by the place. All the other guests at the hotel seemed happy enough at the breakfast area the next morning, and they were all German from what I could tell (I was walking past to leave). This leads me to suspect that I was intentionally given the worst room, and I would never make that claim lightly. To summarise: avoid this hotel like the plague.
