I have booked two rooms interconnected. I did not get them. It is second time that it happened ,despite hotel confirmation . I think it was due to the recepction lack of care

Perfect spot for stop over on a long journey. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very adequate for the price. We travelled with a dog, there was loads of space for a decent walk around the hotel and even to throw the ball for him. Big plus was electric charging station just outside the hotel for our electric car. Would happily stay over again on the way back.

An added €2.50 a day for WLAN (which didnt work) and water (which said free on them). The food choice in the restaurant was not great, only the Burger King seemed to be available fully st 20:30 when we arrived.

It was clean and simple. We visites family in Dresden and with a 25 mins drive and cheaper than the coty hotels it worked. Plus the Ionity Electric chargers worked well. 25% off breakfast and other meals. Staff were friendly.

There isn’t anything I don’t like about this place. We love stopping here. For what you pay it adequately delivers.

The welcome, the room, the breakfast. It’s not the Ritz. Don’t expect glamour. But it’s always clean and welcoming. Have stayed here many times across the last twenty years when driving from the UK to Poland. Just of the autobahn, and tucked away at the back of the service area (bottom left of photo) it’s well away from the carriageway so no road noise. We love it. Our kids love it. It’s great value. Every time.

Could be bit cleaner (old spider nets, not cleaned under furniture, no refilled soap), and coffee/reception area is open from 8am which is late for early morning travellers

Good location for someone who travels on a highway, pet friendliness, restaurant courts on the side, walking area for the dog’s walk.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. It was 33 degrees outside, but incredibly, it was even hotter inside—40 degrees in my room! The heating was on, and despite my efforts, I couldn't turn off the radiator using the thermostat. To make matters worse, the hotel staff were gone by 10 PM, so there was no one available to help. I spent the entire night by the window just trying to stay cool. This was unacceptable, and I will be demanding a refund.

Room - bed was broken and because reception is closed at the late hours, the was no opportunity to ask for another room. I did not have another option then to sleep on the mattress on the floor. So, 100 euro for the sleep on the floor is a bit but expensive.

This hotel is located on motorway A4. There is no reception from 21.30. On the motorway????? Rediculas! No contact with anybody. Nobody pickup the phone. No instructions from hotel what to do when somebody is late? Of course everything was paid before.

I was not able to check it out. Very inhospitable place.

I have booked and payer for a family room, the biggest and most comfortable room with two double beds to make sure that the two elderly members of my family have a good rest after a long journey. To my surprise the reception provided them with a smaller and cheaper room with one double bed and a little child bed. They pretended not to see the problem even when shown the booking pdf. Only after my intervention by phone they provided the room that was payed for. Bad practice, shame on you.

Conveniently located on A4 motorway. The hotel lobby and room smell good and are very clean. The bed is very comfortable, fast Wi-Fi in the room, and free parking. As a hotel guest, you'll get 25% off on all food & drink in the motorway service station next to the hotel. Highly recommend!!
