Room felt a little outdated, with old fashioned carpets. Bathroom was also quite small. But fine for a short stay.

Can’t think of anything.

The location is good and easy to reach by train & bus (both right out front). Most of the sights are within 30 mins walk as well. Room itself was clean, very light, there was central AC and had everything we needed. They do extra room cleans as well if asked for. We could check in early and also store our luggage for a few hours on our last day, which was great!

Friendly staffs, especially the front desk. The air conditioning is a life saver during hot days. Easy to travel around. U Bahn and bus stop just 2 mins away and S bahn abt 10 min walk.

The most perfect weekend stay for a group of 4 friends. We had 2 rooms which were perfectly clean and suited all our needs. Comfortable beds, quiet area, very well located in the city center. The breakfast was delicious. A small sauna and gym were also available. We enjoyed relaxing at the bar in the evenings. The staff at reception and bar were absolutely fantastic, so attentive and friendly. They spoke a mixture of German, English and Spanish, which made the communication easy for us and other guests around. Really great value-price ratio. We would surely stay here again!

The lighting system in the room was a little unintuitive, with multiple switches apparently controlling the same things, and no ceiling lights. There's really nothing else to complain about.

The location is excellent, right across the river from Museum Island. Many attractions are within walking distance, including the Berlin TV Tower. There are also bus stops and metro stations nearby, providing easy transport to other parts of the city.

The internet speed in the room was not high, but the other room with good internet was offered.

The manager of the hotel was very helpful, the staff in the restaurant are super good.

Our room had a weird smell, almost a bit like spilt beer in the carpet. It wasn’t overbearing which is why I didn’t really mind, although I don’t really like beer or its smell. Might be an incentive for those who do!

Hotel is in a very convenient location and has a great fitness facility. The staff were friendly and always helpful. We were even able to check in significantly earlier than check in time which we were very grateful for. Kevin Murphy products in the bathrooms as well which I was VERY impressed with!

Few of the stuff workers behavior was very unprofessional.

The price-service ratio was relatively accurate. Great gym area, overall the location was very convenient and safe! During the night vibey. Considering the whole experience-this hotel is a great choice. Subway station is literally by the entrance of the hotel, on the corner there is a cute cafe. There are robes and many different things available after request!

There is nothing not to like about this hotel

Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on a city break! Excellent location, and great breakfast to set oneself up for a day of sightseeing. Extended breakfast period perfect for those travellers after long journeys or dealing with change in time zone.

1. Pillows were very firm and uncomfortable, I couldn’t sleep during the first night. 2. One cannot sleep after 8 am because people start doing housekeeping. Also, woke up once from a drunk person’s voices from the street. 3. There was a bug in my towel.

Good location, neat hotel with amenities, super friendly stuff which is always willing to help. The hotel also offers spa and sauna on demand. Breakfast was good and it was possible to order some meal right from the kitchen.
