Really easy check in, very cheap

We wanted to change the room, but there was so staff at all

Arrived very late but no problem with the self-check in. There was free parking (I think) on the back.

Maybe the location

The room was clean, it offered a decent bed and a nice garden view. The parking had sufficient room for enough cars and offers good maneuverability. The bus stop is only a few minutes away on foot.

I had never seen before a bathroom right across the entrance to the room. While functional, this did not strike me as a great arrangement. The location is rather far away from downtown Hamburg and requires more than 40 minutes of commute to reach it. The area did not strike me as particularly safe. It struck me that other guests could be heard screaming or yelling from their rooms. The staff only worked until 3PM, which meant that you are forced to pay by card if you arrive any later. There was no soap in the bathroom and the staff did not address my question through the Booking app.

We wish someone would've at least given it a quick once over before arrival. The floor was dirty, crunching under our feet and several spiders who looked very comfortable hanging in several places easy to walk into. We requested a double bed but got two singles put together with a big gap in-between. Not comfy for a couple at all! All furniture was old and slanted. Shower doors so badly, they didn't even close properly.

Really excellent value for money, very clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast and good parking.

Affordable pricing and within short driving distance from HH center. Free parking when parking space is available. Not guaranteed space.

Disgusting cigarette smell! Every afternoon and night cigarette smoke on hallway, with smoke passing through thin walls to our rooms, despite this being a non smoking hotel with visible non-smoking signs. Our clothes stank like cigarette smoke. I wrote to the hotel with this concern during my stay, but they choose not to respond at all. Finally found a reception worker and issued the problem with cigarette smell. She just told me; "there were nothing they could or would do about the smoking". Completely ignorance towards customer and own hotel policy. Loud and noisy from 5:00 AM 2 nights straight. Very thin walls that makes the stay pretty loud. Not much privacy.

Clean and cozy

No slippers and my cloth didn't dry overnight, no hair dryer, no separate soaps: shampoo, shower gel, etc. It's inconvenient to use keys, it's better to use a card

The hotel was better than our expectations, very clean and well organised. the staff were very helpful and friendly, we recommend their breakfast was good for money value. The train is just around so it’s easy to go the centre the parking was free.

We didn't get the opportunity of getting breakfast due to public holidays maybe. So struggled a bit for food and had to travel in search of restaurant.

Great place for short stays. Easy check-in with key box, and the private parking at the back of the building is perfect. It takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes to walk to the city, or 30 minutes by bike or Voi. There’s a nearby gas station with a small shop, which is perfect if you need a late-night snack or want to fill up the tank before leaving.
