“Gardels Basic / Der Kleine Hans is somewhere we’ve stayed before and have stayed again because it is a good hotel. The “basic” rooms are just that basic (i.e. shared kettle in the tea room rather than your own) but the beds are comfy, the rooms a good size and the shower is powerful and clean. Modern rooms. For a no frills stay I would highly recommend.”
