The location makes it inevitable to use the tram to get in and out. It takes 30 mins to get to the city centre. The tv in my room did not work

The room has a kettle with no tea or coffee facilities. The shower is fine, but is very small, a larger person would struggle to fit in.There is also a slight sewerage smell but not over powering to the point of unpleasant or noticeable all the time. The hotel is approx a good 30 minutes walk from Prague centre to be aware if you are considering walking in.

Nice clean room, pleasant staff, good breakfast, fresh food that was replenished regularly, relatively quiet with regards to location and noise from other guests. In close proximity to the tram station for access into Prague centre. There are some lovely restaurants situated in the main street close to the hotel, and a great supermarket for essentials. Reasonably priced hotel.

Okay breakfast, quiet spot. The double beds have 2 small mattraces, it moves around a bit, kept falling off at night.

In UK when it says tea making facilities provided there are usually a couple of tea or coffee bags, sachets of sugar and milk, but there was only a kettle. you should say “kettle provided”. Then people will bring supplies. As it was late I just had to drink hot water.

First clerk wouldn't help but the owner appeared after 10 am and was fantastic

I had an overnight flight so checked in very very early. I had to switch to a single room but they accommodated me. Great breakfast great shower and comfortable bed. It's close to a high street with bars restaurants and shops

The only thing I don't like is the steps up from the main road, they're a bit uneven and dangerous.

We have stayed before as close to the Marketa stadium for speedway, trams into town, convenient store and restaurants on the main road. Beds were comfortable and breakfast nice, bed made up everyday.

Breakfast was quite underwhelming and some lamps in the room didn't work. A disclaimer about the location, you have to go up steep stairs when arriving on tram. I didn't realize before arriving. It would've been a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

The room was basic but comfortable and the staff was helpful. The front desk is 24 hours in case any help was needed.

From the tram stop to the hotel,there are uphill stairs and this may be tiring for some people.

Quiet area,there are shops around,my room was clean,tram takes you to the centre in 15 minutes and there is also a night tram if you want to return late.

I didn't really get why there was a kettle in my room but no coffee or teabags. There was a bit of a sewage smell at times, i don't know if the rain had anything to do with that???. The surrounding area was quite hilly and for someone with mobility issues it was a challenge at times.

I liked the helpfulness of the staff regarding directions and recommendations. I liked how quiet it was and the extras like a shoehorn and slippers in the room along with bottled water . I also liked my room because there was no room beside it, which made my stay a more pleasant one.
