My favorite place to stay in Brno! Quite and beautiful location, very close to the city center. Big and very clean room, super comfy bed. Clean and big bathroom with the hair dryer. The room was equipped with the mini fridge, tv, air-conditioning. There's also a shared kitchen with a microwave, an electric kettle, a stove and a coffee maker. The outdoor area is just fantastic, surrounded by the big garden. It was my 4th stay in this place and I'll definitely book it again next time❤️

Cozy and beautiful apartments in the walking distance from the old town. An amazing, newly renovated modern mini apartment with the fully equipped kitchen area (a dishwasher was a surprise for me 😊). Super friendly owner 💚 Beautiful outdoor sitting area in the garden. Everything was very clean and comfy.

Stayed for two nights as a couple from 16 to 18th of June 2025. Overall, fantastic place and can highly recommend. Finding the apartment might be a bit confusing, but you are right if you're atop the stairs! The bathroom was clean and the bedroom was very neat. The location is fantastic, because it is outside of all the hustle and bustle of Brno city center. Plus the free car parking was a god send, it is almost impossible to find parking in the city.

The location were ok to me but is important yo know that there is no in city centre and you have to up long stairs to arrive

The "villa" is located in a quiet location in Brno. You have a beautiful garden outside. The room was very cosy, clean and comfortable. There is tea and coffee available as well with full kitchen equipments.

The bed was too soft for me, and slippers would be nice addition. Also, its better to prepare, cuz its located on street Schodova, and the closest approach from old town is with stairs, it might be challenging if you have big suitcases. Idk how abt the approach from the other side tho.

We had a very nice stay! The building is located in an attractive part of the city, just next to Lužánky park, in the same neighbourhood as the famous Villa Tugendhat and 20 min walk from the historic city centre (there’s also public transport). The room was clean and had all the facilties needed, including a mini-fridge (a common kitchen is also available). There’s also a very pleasant garden with a sitting area for guests.

The only thing that was difficult for us is the thousands of stairs to climb up to the apartment, if you arrive by public transport.. It's difficult, but it's very sporty😂

Our stay was great, we arrived, and they immediately let us into the apartment, there is a beautiful garden, the kitchen is well equipped for all the tenants and everything was clean and tidy and so was the apartment itself... we didn't lack for anything

Weird sheets on the bed. I wish they’d given me a heads up that I didn’t have to walk up the 6 flights of stairs lugging my suitcase and could walk around the corner instead.

Beautiful grounds with fruit trees and a space to sit and drink tea. It’s a nice building, very clean and comfortable, great WiFi and air conditioning.

It's always a pleasure staying here. I particularly liked the new outdoor seating area and sat outside when the weather was sunny, enjoying a few peaceful hours looking at the beautiful garden and sometimes chatting with other guests.

It was my 3rd stay there and I absolutely love it! Beautiful room with the fridge, air conditioner, tv. Super comfy bed. Shared kitchen is clean and fully equipped so you can warm up your food or cook smth. There's also a water cooler and mini bar. An old beautiful garden near the house is a great place to drink coffee in the morning 🌄
