In addition to all the above-mentioned advantages — the wonderful location, nearby parking, delicious and varied breakfast, and the amazing green courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast or simply relax — I want to highlight the wonderful owners of this place, who truly put their hearts into it, and it shows! They always answer any questions with a smile. We spent 10 days in the Czech Republic and stayed in four different hotels, and I can say with confidence that this one is my favorite! The cleanliness here is on par with, if not better than, many 5-star hotels. Thank you for your excellent service and warm hospitality!

Low water pressure in the shower but our room was the third floor attic so that may have been the issue.

Just a couple minutes up the hill from the main part of town. Good communication from the staff for checking in and parking just around the corner for 10 Euros a day. Comfortable beds and good size room, bathroom and shower. Good air conditioning. Great breakfast with hot eggs, nice bread and pastries, whipped cream cheese spreads, yogurt and cereals.

A small but spacious guesthouse, situated on a hill, very close to the historic center and a garden with a viewpoint. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Parking is nearby, included in the price. Good breakfast, and you could even enjoy it in the small garden. Very friendly service. A good choice for a stay in charming Krumlov. I highly recommend it.

We had to leave before breakfast on our last day, the packed breakfast was very disapointing!

The room was beautiful, spacious with loads of charm. The bathroom was very big and spotless. The breakfast was excellent with enough variety. The hosts were amazing.

Parking is available for an additional daily fee. Breakfast queue is very much a thing outside spring and summer times when the terrasse is too cold.

Very nice establishment, for us at the perfect location, with lovely furnitures and a great breakfast. Beds were very comfy, bathroom was functional and spatious. I would like to highlight the accomodating staff who always had a smile and arranged special needs. Advice: inform them in advance so that they can prepare. This is a small hotel so they may not always have your dietary specifics at hand for breakfast.

The property's most crucial feature was its cleanliness and peacefulness. Next came the furnishings, which served as a unifying element. The owner was very friendly. He and his wife are an adorable couple. They helped me take my luggage to my room.

The accommodation has a perfect location near the centre. Rooms are big and comfortable with stylish furniture perfected to the smallest details, bathrooms are very big as well. All premises are exceptionally clean. Bed linens and towels are clean and fresh. Breakfast is very tasty, colourful, with great variety of hot and cold dishes, both salty and sweet, fruits and vegetables. The coffee is very good and available during the whole stay. You can eat breakfast inside or on a nice terrace under the shady tree. And above all, the owners are very nice, helpful and attentive to the guests, always smiling, which makes the whole stay exceptional. We will definitly come back.

Could have done with an electric fan on hottest days.

Beautiful, traditionally furnished room, quality space; and close to the main action and walks. Lovely brekka. Drinks available throughout day. Shaded outdoor space. Staff lovely, their recommendations spot on- especially Svalicka? restaurant. (Also try Zapa cocktail bar!)

Lot of stairs, if you come with luggage you'll have to carry it up the stairs. Low beam near one side of the bed, you mat hit it if you wake up at night.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the center and all attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large room with king size bed.

Room was very large, location ideal for visiting the town. Enjoyed sitting in the outside courtyard. Owners helped us find a driver for a day trip on a national holiday.

One of the beds in the twin room was a pull-out sofa and the headroom above it was rather limited - a twin room should have identical beds. The bathroom had only very basic toiletries. After the first night the room wasn’t cleaned and the beds were not made. The breakfast room is rather cramped.

Location was very convenient, in a quiet spot above the old town, easy to access. It is well maintained and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and it has a lovely front yard. The main (single) bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was decent with a nice selection of cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Quiet, peaceful neighborhood, within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Carefully renovated, furnished and maintained accommodation. Parking in the immediate vicinity of the pension. Generous breakfast, kind, attentive and helpful hosts.
