Czech RepublicThe bed was too soft but can be OK for somebody else. You need to walk there from the bus station - OK for the weekend (small backpack) but if you want to bring skiing equipment you probably need to pay extra for hotel service - they will bring your stuff from the bus station.
The location is superb. Breakfast was good - buffet form. Welnnes is small but nice - it can be pretty full during the main season.

PolandFood (it’s OK, but nothing special), also it will be good to buy new dishwashers, because it was dirty very often, and finally I want to highlight a problem with the road to the hotel. If you visit it in winter, you need to be ready to go uphill on an unpaved road.
Clean rooms with necessary equipment and good wi-fi, nice spa (not free of charge) and friendly staff.

Super zazitek, hotel s horskou atmosferou. Kousek cca 1 hod pesky od Pradedu uprostred prirody. Pozor, parkovani v zime je skromne receno zajimave :)), ja si neprecetl poradne text, ale bylo to super i behem snehove vanice, ten vikend. Dobra kychyne, super snidane :)

The hotel was amazing! We only stayed for 1 night but were super happy with our room, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We also had a nice dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was great that we could have a small hike to Praděd early in the morning when there weren't a lot of tourists yet.

United KingdomThe price is very high for the services offered in the hotel.
Hotel location is stunning. The hotel itself is clean, spacious and well-equipped. Staff is nice. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. Beautiful views, quiet location. Breakfast is nice and dinner is ok, it was good enough for us but I don’t think there is enough choice for vegetarians, children or fussy eaters. Also, you won’t get free drinks with your dinner ( maybe tea if you are lucky;) My advice is to organise transport to the hotel before you arrive, make sure you booked parking, check the times when a snow scooter can collect your luggage - the hotel is isolated and that’s the beauty of it. Be prepared to walk a lot. The nearest ski lift is quite close but it’s a walk uphill - so not easy with ski boots on. I believe you need to be quite fit for the stay in this hotel 😂 We will be definitely back. Thank you.

Location was very nice, the pristine nature the hotel is located in was very beautiful. The food was excellent, there was very short waiting time in restaurant despite national holiday. The breakfast was simply superb.

NetherlandsStaff is very rude, especially at reception. Its an hotel meant for local people. English is a problem but bigger problem is how you not feel welcome there as a solo bikepacker visiting praded. Too bad.

Staff were friendly, room very clean and views amazing!! We also enjoyed the wellness centre experience - great value. Also helped to make one of our guests' birthdays very special.

PolandHowever, we encountered difficulties with communication from the staff. The hotel did not provide clear information regarding the availability of the luggage transport snowcat. The lack of prior notification about the snowcat repair forced us to carry some of our luggage ourselves, which was inconvenient in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, during the check-out process, we experienced issues with the availability of the snowcat at the scheduled time, which delayed our journey. Despite the challenges, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but communication regarding logistical matters left much to be desired.
Our stay at the hotel was satisfactory. The accommodations were comfortable and pleasant. The hotel restaurant offered excellent dishes, and its proximity to the ski slopes made it an ideal place for skiing enthusiasts.
