This is really a place worth visiting...and returning to ever after...really lovely, owner gives you great tips, based on current status of the restaurants, be it breakfast, brunches or dinners! Every suggestion was brilliant! Don't miss this place, you won't regret it;-) And the terraced gardens with views on Mikulov castle are TOP!!! We enjoyed our wine and snacks from owner's wine cellar in peace and quite there every evening ♥️

Very pleasant accommodation with a beautiful garden overlooking the Mikulov castle. We would like to return some warmer months to enjoy a nice breakfast on one of the available garden seats with a view. Close to both the wine cellars and the countryside for walks or a morning run. Very tastefully furnished room with access to the outdoor terrace. Last but not least, very friendly staff.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable, but at lrast the bed was huge, so you could still find a good sleeping spot.

The property has a large garden and big rooms. The location is also very convenient and rhere is a small wine bar right nearby.

Everything was great.

Perfect for e-bikers - close to all main cyclo-tracks and great storage for e-bikes - 100% safe locked garage. Wine shop next door. Perfect garden in Mediterranian style with view to the castle and al ot of space- separate tables for each garden level. Host is very kind and gave us all support, especially great hints where to eat. We have room with separate wc and bathroom, but it was no problem - the corridor has own door. Parking also available in resonable price 100CZK per day, 5 min. walk from home. Shared kitchen is large, available for all guests, well equipped.

on the ground floor there is a kitchen and a large table... which invites you to socialize... but if you have a room in the same floor it is very disturbing... if the other residents are partying after midnight...

location and ambience... in the summer the garden would probably be very inviting to spend the day just there...;) the old ambience and the theme of Africa are interesting... although maybe they don't exactly go together...

Place in the heart of the city Mikulov. Everything is near to the accommodation. Our host Honza was one of the kind in this business. He tell us about his city curiosities, the best places to visit, everything about his pension, best restaurants etc. And not just about Mikulov, but from the surrounding settlements as well. Honza is a real born host who shows that he loves and understands his job. The pension is really clear, very well equipped, comfortable and cosy. It's a great choice even with children. Absolutely recommend it for everyone.

Such a lovely place! Absolutely loved the garden terraces in the back with an incredible view of the castle and sunset! Perfect place to drink wine and stargaze. Super friendly and helpful staff!

In some rooms it can be little bit noisy till 22-23. But even our 9-months has sleep well.

Clean, nice stay in a very center of Mikulov. Access to a great outdoor space and option for great wines in a cellar just downstairs. Can recommend for a stay for family as well. 5/5 in overall considering the price.

despite the fact that the owner knew about the planned power cut-off in the morning, he did not inform us about it, it was also impossible to prepare e.g. breakfast .... we were with the child, it was also a big problem.

Bed is not comfy and pillows should be replaced with new ones. No black tea available in the kitchen. Room is a bit too dark. Price is too high compared to the old times, and compared to other accommodation we had in Austria, but on the other hand it is caused by an inflation in Czechia and other EU countries.

Cozy apartment in an old style house, with an excellent backyard garden with amazing view on the Mikulov Castle. Walking distance from Bowling Bar&Restaurant, and wine bar just next building. The owner has upgraded our room to the bigger one with no additional fee. We also got a 1 hour parking ticket with no additional charge.
