Affordable, good parking right outside. Recommended for short stays only.

The place is a bit run down, the furniture and bedding is very dated. I'm used to facilities like this having grown up in an ex-communist country, but Westerners may be in for a surprise!

The location is perfect if you travel by train.

The accommodation is tasteless and the owner never responded to us via Booking and phone. The cleaners banged on the door several times right at 10 am even though we informed them that we were about to leave.

*unfriendly manager ( woman) l emailed twice prior about parking but no reply. I called her, and she was unprofessional and talking over me on the phone. She needs to realise l'm the customer and need help that could've been avoided if she was diligent and read her messages. ( I have a copy of the messages ) *NO LIFT older people or someone with a disability couldn't take luggage up 2 flights of stairs. *horrible pillows (lucky l had my own)

Beds were incredibly UNCOMFORTABLE. Bathroom in the sleeping room. Leaking bathroom in the sleeping room. Curry restaurant below the window, which makes the stay smell like curry. Location given by booking not precise.

The adres on booing was wrong . It was located on a parking lot where people hung out what seemed all night . I booked two night ended up leaving after one . I had enough .

Very close to the railway station. Near to a number of restaurants. Bed was comfortable.

It is not easy to find. There is no signage anywhere. It's not obvious where the security boxes are. There are no instructions for leaving the building in the morning. Walls are dirty, and evidence of mould being painted over. There is an issue of thin walls and / or ceiling. You can hear all your nearby fellow guests. The shower head holder had been previously broken and not replaced. I was not able to close curtains effectively. The room is too dark. Lack of sockets and positioning. Two sachets of coffee were offered!

Good location close to the train station and city center. Low pricing for basic condition, suitable for quick passing-by stay.

One of two lights in the room was flickering. The coffee offered was already out of date by one year. The hygiene is maybe questionable. The bathroom has no hairdryer. Although detailed information for finding the location was given, the buildings in the city (or in Czech in general? I am not sure) have two number plates, one red and one white. We were confused by which number to refer to. When we asked for clarification the host simply asked us to read the instruction. However the instruction had the numbers written in the reverse order than shown on the building. That was not helpful.

I entered the building site, but I couldn't find the entrance, so I asked the Indian restaurant. There was no sign on the entrance door. It was difficult to open the two locks. The electric kettle was broken and I used it. There was no reply to my inquiry through Booking.com, so I had to make a phone inquiry. Luggage storage is not available after check-out.

It's all very good. Only the shower stall doesn't have a door. That surprised me))) No prompt response to questions from the administration. This lowered the rating. But the value for money plus the location compensated for the shortcomings.

It was a quiet, clean and friendly place to stay. Parking was right out front. The bed was very comfortable and room was a no frills room which was perfect for us.

Check in was a little unordinary. Wasn't completely clear where the entrance was and when we found it no one was there. We then checked our email and saw check in and out instructions.

Ideal overnight stop, close to the railway station and a short walk to the town centre. Easy and quick check in via a key safe system with access code in the unstaffed reception entrance. The rooms are basic but sufficient.

Although we've stayed here before and know where to go, it may benefit others if the hotel provided better signage as the hotel entrance is via a passage to an Indian restaurant and is not clearly signed.

It was convinient location and pretty house from the outside and kinda cool to see in the inside and it was new nice bathroom

When I made my booking, there were very few options, and this was the only accommodation in the centre of the city. We arrived by bus late in the evening, and this apartment was very close to the bus station. It was easy to find. A small grocery store was just a few steps from the entrance. The lady who came in the morning to do the cleaning was charming and helpful.
