Lack of elevator, the spiral staircase made it difficult to carry heavy luggage to the accomodation are. Reserved parking was very tight for larger cars.

Hotel is a bit "tired", but nothing too serious.

We have unfortunatelly arrived past the time for the check-in. They have sent us their mobile number to contact them when we arrived. They came back to the hotel, opened the reception for us, offered us a parking space in the inner yard of the hotel and explained us everything we needed to know. Rooms were spacious enough, they had a refrigerator and comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is located just a short walk from the old city centre.

Due to limited parking place available in the hotel, we need to find street parking space during our stay. Our room is next to a busy road. There is no air-conditioner and electric fan. As such, we could not sleep well. Furthermore, the facilities within the room are poorly maintained.

The bed. We stayed in one of the "king bed" rooms and we had one major issue with it. The bed has no real frame to speak of. This meant sleeping with a partner was a bit uncomfortable because the mattresses kept sliding apart. Also parking in Telč is a bit complicated, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Awesome breakfasts that I looked forward to every morning. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. They always tried their best. Apparently warm water stopped working one day and they fixed the issue before I even noticed it. Overall the hotel is in a very nice and clean state. Telč is a beautiful location, especially in the summer months.

It is next to a busy road so you hear the traffic - nevertheless it slept well. Not much parking space in the yard but absolutely safe.

We had a lovely spacious corner room. It had all we needed. Although it was the cheapest of its category in Telc, we were perfectly satisfied with the quality. Very pleasant staff.

The sound isolation isnt the greatest, so you can hear the people talking in the other rooms and traffic in the moring because the hotel is by the road.

There is a smell like sewage everywhere, starting in the reception, but also in the room. That is the one bad disadvantage, otherwise the hotel is very good value for the money.

The hotel is at the very center, that's great. The price was outstanding (low). The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was alright - not great, but adequate for the money.
