None of this really bothered us, but just to mention — some non-essential things around the hotel (like small details in the room or one of the showers near the sauna) weren’t fixed. Still, it didn’t affect our stay at all. The only thing that could be better is the soundproofing in the rooms. That said, for my husband and me, this was definitely one of our favorite trips!

The food was diverse, fresh, and warm. The hotel is set back from the street but still in the center, so the location is excellent! The view from the pool overlooking the architecture and greenery is beautiful. The room was bigger than we expected and even nicer than in the photos. The atmosphere of both the hotel and the whole town is calm and pleasant.

- hard to find the Hotel, Far to go with luggage - breakfast disappointment - no dogs allowed at breakfast

Great location but far to the closest parking and hard to find the Hotel, grandmother had difficulties walking 450 meters. Friendly and helpful in reception At breakfast 30 minutes before closing it was almost impossible to find a clean table, and the stuff there where stressed and not helpful. Also it was not so much left to find to eat.

only 1 sauna. no whirlpool

we thought we had booked breakfast but apparently not. we had done a check of 5 similar hotels including breakfast and stayed in 3 of them. as we did not get breakfast we felt yours was theast valuable and had less health facilities.

You can see that it would need a proper maintenance. In sauna there is wood which needs to be changed, some carpets are quite old, glases has marks, walls need repairs and so on.... Obviously the owner is just taking money and not putting anything back, which is really shame, otherwise it would be really nice place. Well its not bad I just dont think it deserves 4 stars. Little things could be done to make this place great again and you have some other hotels around to try, so next time I'll go I try something else.

Hotel is in a really good place, right in the middle of town, close to the "Vrídelní kolonáda" and "Císarské lázne" and about 20min by walk from the train station (if you wanna walk) and from the balcony you can see all the greens around, which is really nice. Stuff was so nice especially Ola/Olga (thanx a lot). Rooms are spacious some of them has a small balcony and on the fifth floor is wellness. They have a lift of course. Pool just right for a little swim, sauna and if you want, you can order massage as well. Breakfast were delicious I was suprised to find out, there is champane, I dont drink in the morning, but I like that anyway:-) Fruits, ham, cheese, bread, egs...enough to choose from.

Hotel needs renovation!!! Temperature regulators on the heating cells are not working and you will be pushed to be in hot or cold room, nothing in between. The same is with bathroom. Breakfast was good but with very poor choice. As I wrote, hotel has 4 start 10 years ago, but now it can have 2, no more.

Very good place of this hotel! The main street is near by which is plenty of restaurants, shopping places.

Spa - expected more. It was just small swimming pool and one sauna. Massages were a bit expensive. Breakfast and dinner were ok, but nothing special. Instead of 3 types of eggs could be mushrooms for example. Only one coffee machine where people were queuing up. Nice cake for dinner, but it was only one and finished quickly.

Room was big and warm. Big bathroom, all necessary was there. Hotel is little old style, but location and view from the restaurant covers it up. Elevator was also big and comfortable as well.

Spa can get very busy at times especialy in the evenings. Not blaming hotel but some parents need to look after their kids in the swimming pool as their behaviour was not acceptable. Might benefit having a member of staff keeping an eye on the spa section to avoid this situations.

This time the cleaning was not properly done in the room, so was really strange vs previous times; sound isolation was very bad (especially if your room is connected by the door inside with another room so i have heard all the noises all night) (at least Martin at the reception helped me to change to a smaller room but without a door inside on the third day of suffering and addressing it to the reception), the city tax was taken for the person who was not there at all for a week, i was addressing it several times to the staff, but the management didnt help there at all and ignored the request: very very strange! There was a kettle in the room, but no tea...in the past the tea was put...

I am in the hotel for the 4th time: I like the SPA area with the view, friendly staff, good breakfast, great location, towels were available in the SPA area, a kettle in the room (but no tea bags!!!)

On the top floor there was a nice swimming pool and a good sauna. I often found myself there alone. However, the emergency phones there, as I found out, did not work. They did not work even after I notified the hotel staff, which surprised me.

Breakfast and room were good. My room had a beautiful view of the Diana Tower and Theatre Square. This was marred by the fact that the square had numerous public parking spaces. The exhaust fumes often forced me to close the windows.

Ive booked two rooms, one for children and one for parents. Ive requested the two room near to each other because of the young children. Unfortunately the two room were in different floor and different part. This was very annoying and uncomfortable for us and parents have to sleep in different room. The car can be parked only on the hill in public garage , climbing is needed.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied and good in price. The rooms are nice , clean and quite big (including sofa, armchair, desk) The location of the hotel was perfect , in the hearth of the city. The recepcionists were kind.

The only minor downside was the lack of on-site parking. However, the receptionist was very helpful and provided clear instructions on where to park, so it wasn't an issue. The breakfast was decent but didn’t stand out as particularly exciting. I was incredibly frustrated by the constant flow of emails from the hotel. First, their booking account was hacked, which resulted in a lot of suspicious messages with odd links, and I had to report this issue to them. Afterward, I started receiving an excessive number of messages and emails about the hotel, including information about their facilities and options. Despite these small drawbacks, our overall experience was highly positive. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

My husband and I stayed for one night in a suite and had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making for a very comfortable stay. The room had a bathtub, and the Wi-Fi worked well. We especially enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool, which were perfect for relaxation - particularly when the pool was kid-free. The view from the pool area is magnificent! The location of the hotel is fantastic, offering great convenience and easy access to nearby attractions. We found the overall value for the money to be exceptional.

Air conditioner in the room looked a bit old and probably didn’t have the best air.

It was a beautiful hotel with old style furniture. Staff were friendly. Pool area at the top floor and the terrace was very beautiful.
