There are no keys to any room in the apartment (even not toilet/shower) When asked , they told me that no one ever asked them for a lockable toilet room although the toilets booths in the lobby floor are lockable...

"Anton and Olga are amazing – helpful, courteous and helpful in everything. The hotel itself is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. Although the distance from the center is a little greater than stated (about a 20-minute walk), the overall value – the service, cleanliness and atmosphere – is definitely worth it. We had a great time and would highly recommend it!"

Mooo Downtown was by far our favourite accommodation on our European holiday. It was spotless, inviting, comfortable and fun. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us and the location was perfect. We loved this property and would not stay anywhere else if we come back to Prague.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean, we had everything we needed to cook for ourselves and even a dishwasher. Location was great, near the Dancing House and also the city center. We had a supermarket nearby. Thank you so much!

We have no complaints. Maybe a small recommendation for better kitchen equipment. Since we are a family of four and we love to cook, we missed a larger cooking pot and deep plates.

Wonderful apartment! We loved absolutely everything, from the staff who are very friendly to the location. The apartment is very nicely decorated and every detail has been thought of. Very comfortable beds, we slept very well. We recommend it to everyone who will visit Prague.

Everything was amazing! The apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Both the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We had a stunning view of the city. The location was excellent, and the staff was also very friendly and kind. We loved everything and will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, modern bathroom, and even a washing machine. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely come back!

Well placed, comfortable two bedroomed, 2 1/2 bathroomed self catering appt. In an old well renovated town house. Within walking distance of all Pragues sights.

Very spacious and beautifully designed and decorated. Well equipped, we had everything we needed and toiletries were nice. Loved the location, lots of cafes and restaurants within a short walk. Easy to walk to the old town and other attractions.

Our bed had a really hard mattress, but it’s a matter of preference, it wasn’t impacting anything too much.
