The apartment could be a little cleaner. Also, we do not have light in the bathrom, and the front door was difficult to open.

I had to check out early only stayed 2 nights should have been 4 they advertise as got wi fi throughout not true not in the rooms i had to sit round pool trying to work not good while there on buisness

Neither me or my friends knew that there was breakfast since we weren’t informed about it and the check out was really early. Not flexible hours.

The location was really good since there is an awesome beach just some metres away and great bars, clubs and restaurants at pernera where the hotel is located. Also the hotel is just 5 minutes walking from Nava. The place around the hotel is not noisy just how you want it.

The bed sheets were not changed daily, we didn't mind too much but may bother some ppl.

door handle was broken. no bath mat so lots of the water from the shower was getting outside. no hand towel. no shampoos or even a hand soap. beds weren't that comfortable but they were ok. pillows on the other hand they very very uncomfortable. it was like they were empty. we didn't like that people were parking wherever they found a place.

room was very clean and bright. people at the reception were really friendly. fast check in. location was ok. beaches and beach bars very near by. ice cream shop, pub and restaurant were right next to it. other pubs were near by

The staff here are brilliant. They are all so friendly and always willing to help. It is obvious that this is a proud family business. There is a restaurant that serves delicious food (make sure you try the traditional Cyprus dishes!!) And a bar that has entertainment on every night. Our air con stopped working late one night and the staff tried desperately to fix it. When they couldn't they brought multiple fans to our room straight away and an engineer came out first thing in the morning and fixed the issue for us no problem. Breakfast in the windmills pub is great with a range of options and they serve brunch all day. Location wise this is great as it has everything you need within short walking distance. If not taxis are cheap and quick just ask reception and they will order you one. The pool area is clean with plenty of sun loungers which are also comfy. This is perfect if you just want somewhere to sleep, shower and lounge around the pool in the sun without breaking the bank. Would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, our stay at the apartment didn’t quite meet expectations, as it very different from the photos advertised. The space felt dated, with older beds, broken curtains, and a very worn shower curtain. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and we didn’t have access to hot water during our stay. With some updates and better maintenance, the apartment could be very comfortable.

The location was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The games arcade and on-site restaurant were a nice touch and made things easier with the kids. Overall, a pleasant spot for a family stay.
