The room is large and beautiful, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary toiletries. The room also has a small kitchen where there is tea and coffee. We were also greeted by fruit. The balcony is large with the great view on the pool. We also got a parking space in the shade that is great solution in summer months. Breakfast is very delicious with varied food. All the staff is very kind and helpful. It was a great stay.

IsraelHotel is new, so it still has some things to work out. Could be more transparent about changes or reasons that some info in their website/ads is not accurate. Unless you have a car, it is a bit isolated from convenience stores, bus stops, etc but not impossible. If you aren't on the all-inclusive family retreat, you feel sidelined and left out of activities that could include you easily.
Breakfast was amazing! Room was large and spacious - great for a whole family of 6. Staff was helpful and polite. Pool was great, as were the facilities around it. Our room was very well situated between facilities, pool, reception, restaurant, etc (not all rooms are). Dinner was a delicious and convenient option (at a price). Cleaning and room tidying, sheets made, towels replaced, was very good. Yoga was great, so was kids face-painting and jumping castles. Would recommend and return.

IsraelThe kitchen was practically unusable: there was nothing except a few plates and cutlery. The oven did not work. After using the shower, almost the entire bathroom was wet because the shower has no door (design??)
the arrival is smooth and helpful. The rooms are neat, clean, spacious. beautiful view of the sea. The food is well organized, relatively varied despite its vegetarian nature. The pools are clean, although the water was already very hot during the heat wave.

United KingdomThe two girls at the kids club were not very happy and not very approachable especially with children. Seemed like they were bored all the time and never tried to interact with children.
The hotel was very clean, breakfast was superb. Dinner offered a lot of tasty options for dinner. Their pizza was amazing!! You must try it. Yoga with Julia was my highlight she is very talented and my children loved her at family yoga.

SwedenThe bathroom was a bit small and the water didnt drain directlty so it was overfilling the bathroom. It could be better with the cold coffee making at the pool and at the café. My freddo cappuccino was almost without coffee taste both times i ordered even if i wished for double coffee amount (2 different persons made them).
The stuff is so nice, well mannered. It was the best part of the whole experience. Very good food, different from that we are used to. Inspiring. Room was a bit small but overall comfortable, good beds and linens.

We liked everything!!The manager of this hotel should take care this hotel too much! When we got in the junior suite, it was like new! It smelled freshly painted ,special cleaned floor, great smelling towels even after we had 2,3 times shower ! Drinking Water in the refrigerator ,fresh fruits, waiting for us in this marvelous junior suite!!Excellent vegan breakfast and lunch and dinner , with excellent and expensive ingredients .Helpfull and happy staff! Great swimming pool with many activities! Surely we will be back soon....... Thank you!!

CyprusI didn't know that it was a wellness retreat and had only vegetarian and vegan options to eat, I'm more of a chicken and pork eater, didn't even have coke/pepsi drinks. It was like a holiday village lovely but a bit tiring for the legs when you have health problems because to many stairs up and down otherwise it would have been great

The environment is ultra-clean, modern, and well-equipped, featuring a spa, pool bar, restaurant, lounge, and more. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, making you feel like a personal guest rather than just a paying client. The beach is only a ten-minute walk away, with a slight slope. The kitchen caters to various dietary preferences, offering vegetarian, vegan, and pescetarian options, as well as kosher meals. The buffet for breakfast and dinner is vibrant, featuring a variety of warm dishes, salads, cheeses, cakes, and fruits, along with fresh-pressed juices, mineral water, coffee, and tea. The dinner deal for two offers a fantastic price/value ratio: pay for one and a half meals for under €40. Overall, I would rate my experience an 11 out of 10.
