Very large terrace with a view of the sea. Great restaurant downstairs, helpful and polite waiters. Good location, a couple of minutes walk to the sea. Next to a pharmacy, several boutiques.

Everything was perfect. Friendly host, cleaning staff did their job properly, restaurants near the apartment.....the beach 2 min walk away. Pernera beach is also close. We had a great vacation.☺️

Spotlessly clean, very well equipped. Location was great, close to beach and great promenade walk into Protaras. Restaurant on site amazing with great pool and exceptional staff. Host very friendly, met us on arrival and was on hand at all times with any questions.

It is opposite Nava where in summer many performers and Djs come to play, but if you close the doors and windows it's fine.

The view was outstanding, you have the best view from the penthouse balcony.

Everything was perfect. The loccation is top everything you need next to you. The flat fully equipted with anything you need Nice furniture very comfortable, beds excellent to sleep, the bath and toilet supper and balcony the view is all the money.And the lightning superb.

The only thing which we would prefer, is not to have any club close to the property as it could be really loud on Saturdays. However it’s noting to do with the property, but just as a comment for people to be aware.

Everything was amazing - it was clean, had everything you need, close to the beach. Special compliments to the host, who was available all the time for all big and small questions, he was so supportive and kind.

Amazing flat, very comfortable. The terasse with a sea view was soooo nice!!! Nice small beach just 100 metres far away. And the host Stathis was friendly, supportive and simply great. Thank you!!! We will definitely come back one day :)

The problem wasn't the discos, as I've read in other opinions, but the closure of many restaurants and even grocery stores at the beginning of April. This period is definitely too early for a full-of-attractions vacation in these areas, but it's definitely not the hostess's fault.

Clean, perfectly equipped apartment. In the kitchen every type of cookware you could want, for making basic meals, washing machine, washing powders available. On arrival in the fridge from the hostess wine and halloumi. The hostess was very helpful in choosing attractions around the apartment, in advising where to find bike rentals, as well as in an emergency situation. Thank you very much for your commitment! If I were to go to Protaras again, I would definitely choose this apartment.

Gorgeous apartment, lovely location, literally wake up by the sea, you can see the beach from the balcony. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, comfy sofa, great shower. Host was really helpful even when I had a stupid question.

Periodical unpleasant smell in the toilet and shower room which is still of a good size and well equipped.

Not a luxurious but very reasonable accommodation, 100 meters away from the Marlita (Potami) beach, quality of which, in our personal opinion, is rather questionable. Well equipped, clean, very good mattresses and bed linen, excellent air conditioning in all three rooms (last September was very hot). We found it convenient to be offered a 10 percent discount for the apartments’ guests in the restaurant which was just next to the “Wake up…”. Those who are interested should keep in mind that all three apartments are located on the first and second floor, accessible by a rather sloppy staircase. Responsible, responsive and friendly host.

Neighborhood is quite lively in July and August so it can get noisy at night. We were there is September, it was rather quiet.

The host was extremely accommodating, contacted us via email with all the information, and even called before our arrival to make sure we received it. The place was spotlessly clean, nice decor, the veranda was lovely, best view ever. We are definitely returning

A bit noisy during the weekend

The location is fantastic. Private parking available. Pharmacy shops restaurants and a nice family-friendly beach is a minute walking. The host was fantastic, very welcoming, and the best service in protaras. Fast response and very helpful
