Beautiful clean villa, well equipped and great outdoor space. Brilliant location too. Pool was lovely, a little chilly but that was the time of year. We had a fab time here, host was on hand for any issues too.

One negative was the lack of storage space in the twin bedroom but double bedroom had loads so no big deal. Main road is close by and could occasionally be noisy but not disturbing.

The villa is clean and well kept. The pool is a fantastic addition to the holiday and made it extra special. Lots of opportunities to catch the sun in various tables around the property and, if you were so inclined, a wide array of cooking utensils and gadgets. Beds are very comfortable and showers multi functional. Great location for eating, beach, close to larger towns and shopping.

We have nothing to complain about.

The holiday exceeded our expectations. The villa is clean, everything you need is available (we didn't miss anything in the kitchen, for example). The air conditioning worked, the pool was clean (and was also cleaned during our stay). We were asked several times whether everything was OK or whether we needed help from the host. A fruit basket with fresh fruit was waiting for us when we arrived (we thought that was very nice) Supermarkets, restaurants and several beautiful beaches are within walking distance. A grill is also available so you can have a nice barbecue in the evening. There are also bus stops nearby (including bus 101/102 which runs along the coast to Ayia Napa). We were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay very much.

Looooved our stay at the villa! Everything was excellent - the villa, the location, amenities around, distance to the sea, beauty of the sea and surroundings. The house is very cosy and has everything you might need for a short stay.

We felt very lucky when we entered the property and we enjoyed it till the very last moment. It is a very nicely organised space - a family villa with two sleeping rooms with its own bathrooms, and with good size private swimming pool surrounded by nice plants giving shade and aromatic smell. A welcoming basket of fruits and a bottle of wine expected us upon arrival. According to my experience it was one of the best places I visited and I am interested to come back soon. You have everything you need and even more shops, restaurants and beach within less than 5 min walk from the house. Definitely highly recommended.

The road is not that far, but in winter there is almost no traffic. But the shops are close. 2 minutes at least

Beautiful villa, not far from the sea! For a small family - just an ideal option. Clean, comfortable, wonderful home decoration for Christmas and New Year. The pool is cleaned regularly. The house has everything you need to prepare meals.

A stunning villa in a quiet place full of beautiful beaches. Everything is inside the apartment, you don't have to worry about anything. The landlady is always available and very charming! We really enjoyed staying at the villa and in the area itself, for sure we will be back.

Unfortunately, at the time of our stay there was work on a nearby road and it was very noisy, but this is not taken for my assessment only as a suggestion. The neighborhood is quite quiet, still waiting for the season. In the area, unfortunately, you could see the unkept area on the other side of the fence.

Very helpful and friendly owner, helped me before the trip itself by answering all my questions. Villa equipped with all the essential accessories and appliances. It was a great pleasure to stay in the villa, when after a day of sightseeing we could relax in a comfortable place. If it wasn't for the fact that it was quite cold we would definitely have used the pool. The private rooms equipped with their own separate bathrooms were a great convenience.
