Rooms with sea view and pool view are more expensive but in them it is not possible to stay in the evenings until 11 pm because of the loud music on the pool when the music stops. Hygiene in the rooms, especially in the bathroom, is not at the required level.

Hotel is near the beach and city center. Hotel has free parking and Wi-Fi. Also has a pool for children and adults. Breakfast is very good and has food for different tastes.

No complain at all - but I believe the hotel could do with a TV/Sports Room for guest to enjoy sports on TV especially football etc.

The room door will need to be renovated and replaced as well. You can hear even low noise from the hallway, you can see even the light from the hallway

Now the gym is poor and run down, saying this the room that I was in was poor and run down also with poor quality and finish ...I was so disappointed tbh with the room. The shower has no seal, so floor floods, mould near air con, have to pay for the safe, and pay a deposit for a second key card. The toilet is an old school flusher that didn't work correctly..the cleaner when asked to clean the room said no lol 😆 🤣 maybe it was too late? As hospitality managers with many years of experience, this hotel rating should not be what it is. It needs attention!! Painted light switches and plugs, such poor workmanship. The buffet clearing process that staff have been told to do is rushed, clearing plates whilst eating, pretty much. Understandably, it is a large hotel. I could go on...

The location was amazing, 1 minute from the beautiful beaches. The buffet was very good with a vast range of food.

There were signs of ware in the rooms, teh curtains were dirty and the wall had spots at a point.

Very good location near the beach and the Peotaras restaurants, bars cafes etc. The swimming pools were big and with eniugh beds for everyone. The buffet was great, they had themed nights with international, Indian, barbecue ect. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety and crepes and omelets made on the spot.

Cleanliness in the rooms seemed to be an issue. Housekeepers never really performed a deep clean and we had long black hair on our bathroom and bedroom floor the entire time. Both of us had short blonde hair so it wasn’t ours. Cleanliness in the restaurant particularly wasn’t great also. When mentioning to the staff they said it difficult to keep on top of. But we were talking chips that were still on the floor from the previous night and spillages that weren’t cleaned which should be done at close every night. The entertainment was abysmal. One girl looked like she was held there against her will and had 0 energy and looked totally miserable. Wish there was more encouragement to get involved during the day time. The other girl was great!

The location minutes away from the beach and situated moments away from a lovely strip teething with nightlife was fantastic! The location was fabulous.

My initial room was very small to move around in. It wasn't very clean and the bathroom facilities very very old and worn. There was no space to use a laptop to work. I requested to move.

The location was great. The room in the renovated side was large enough to move around comfortably. The bed was comfortable.

The beds and bathroom need renovation. The evening entertainment is a bit lacking. Apart from the ones at the poolside bar, the non-alcoholic drinks like orange juice and cola at the restaurant are tasteless. Everything else was great.

Just a 5-minute walk from the main street with dozens of restaurants, bars, and markets. Very close to the beach. The all-inclusive meals and desserts are excellent. The pool is always clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Inside the hotel, the interior is old. Doors om rooms have to be changed now! On the pictures the hotel looks better. Hotel has 4stars, in Crostia that would be 2.5 or maybe 3 stars

The room was dirty. Mainly the floors and after watching the clearer the second day I understand why. There was alot of human hair around the feet of every chair leg in the room. When clearing, they clean around the object, not lifting up 6 gets stuck around the legs. This was surprising especially as when we arrived at our room there was a man that looked like a manager checking the before we entered The only issue we had was 3rd was a camp bed and for 17 year old was small.

Location is fantastic between the beach area and main strip with access to bars, restaurants and shops
