Food was not good. One of us had half board and tried the dinner for Mexican night. The food was barely passable. Looked at the food the other 3 nights before deciding to just eat out. Breakfast was ok for one morning. We ate breakfast there just two of four nights. The omelet station took forever. We had two rooms. In one room, the faucet in the bathroom was ok. In the other room, the faucet was super close to the sink and you could barely even rinse your hands. That was very strange. The facility is clearly old and needs renovation. Loud until 10 or 11 at night. Could hear the karaoke and other music in the room. No blackout curtains in the room. Difficult for our daughter to have a nap with the light. I didn't like that a picture of the beach is on the photos of the hotel. The hotel is not at the beach.

Friendly staff. Especially Simran! We were happy that our rooms were beside each other.

Cleaners to eager in morning knocking on our door at 9am when we had very late night. Main bed blanket had stains all on it like someone had spilt coffee on it ( I have photos) I wanted shave but plug in sink did not work so I could not put hot water in sink.

Nice big reception area very helpful Large pool which we never used.

We arrived 1 hour before the check-in time with our 1 year old son. Preliminary we informed the hotel and asked for possible early check-in. We didn't get any reply. At the reception we were informed we have to wait that one hour... The corridor carpet was dirty and seemed like never cleaned. Ín the bathroom there were four small shampoos only and we did not get any more during the one week. After the second day we got only one set of towels for the three of us. We had to complain next day and again after the next day as it was repeated.

We received welcome present, a plate with fruits and a bottle of wine. wThe staff ín the reception was really kind and most of the people who served us ín the restaurant. We could ask for a later checkout and with that use the last day for visiting the beach. The breakfast and dinner ín general was very good. There are two supermarkets and several pubs close.

Bathrooms need updating they are too old, and double bed not real double, they added two single beds together with something in between and was not comfortable

The reception staff were lovely, but the serving staff in the restaurant come across as rude and as though they wish you weren't there. The food isn't fantastic, but there is plenty of options. I think if the staff had some customer service training it could highly increase the comfortability of the hotel. Also, the rooms are very dark.

This year I had to ask for shower gel, although when cleaning they see that on the 5th day of stay everything is finished, last year it was not like that. The cleaning ladies also broke a glass and when we were looking for the fallen phone, we found a lot of shards under the bed, it's good that no one got hurt

The staff is very nice, the kids really like the animators.

The filter coffee machines in the breakfast restaurant need to be replaced and the quality of coffee from the coffee machines requires updating to better quality coffee.

The rooms need to be updated with pillows, bedsheets,mattresses and duvets. They are smelly couse too old.Tree of the pillow cases were not even changed from the previous guests!
