There were two single beds pushed together when we requested a double, the bathroom was inadequate for showering and there was no hair dryer for my wife. The room was a little dated needing some decoration and maintenance, so for a 3 star hotel I thought it was lacking. They supplied a kettle with two cups and saucers but no tea, coffee, chocolate or anything for making drinks. When I booked I was told the deal was "all inclusive" which included drinks by the poolside and wine etc with our evening meal, but when we ordered we were told that we had to purchase drinks separately and bill to our room which was quite disappointing as this was our honeymoon weekend!

The staff, the food and the poolside with amenities were all excellent, but the room itself was a little disappointing.

The only thing I would say is it’s a shame they don’t keep the breakfast warmer .

The staff were all friendly particularly in the restaurant and pool bar , nice food and nice drinks at the bar. Definitely good value for money compared to other hotels I’ve been to in the area.

The rooms are a little small but ther is just in your planning as for more than 2 adults and a little one I would recommend 2 rooms. The beds are not the most comfortable and were all singles but again, recommend contacting them before hand. They seem very accommodating. The restaurant space is closed before dinner which means you have the foyer, pool bar or your room to rest/sit in before dinner and if the weather is not great it can be difficult to find a place to sit and have a coffee or drink. There were some of the female reception staff who were not the 'smiliest' but everyone else were friendly and warm A little work needs to be done on the advertising of kids club entertainment as I would say only designed for tots and not over 6, but you can play games in the pool bar, listen to music or be in the pool if older. Bearing in mind we were just before summer season so may be different end of April onwards. Our boys 13 & 10 Were fine with the games we'd taken and the pool

The staff at the hotel are amazing. Friendly, family style team, accommodating and made the whole trip perfectly for us. The hotel cleaning staff are impeccable and the cleanliness of family spaces, rooms and dining aswell as outside swimming area amazing. The staff all take time to speak with you and share skills and stories alike. We got to know many staff and not all by name but they are all beautiful souls and a credit to the hotel. The lovely gentleman on reception, Costas in the pool bar, Daveed on service and Dametrie... well everywhere around the hotel. The hotel itself is a lovely family friendly space and the rooms are adequate for a small family or couple. We had 2 adjoining rooms with a door between for the 4 of us and this proved very comfortable. The dining is fantastic food choices and plenty of it and the in house drinks are nice too. Kids loved access to the snack bar menu and icecreams which were a bonus. The hotel is well located to shops, beaches and bus routes and plenty of parking. They had a few issues during the stay with pool and the elevator but was rectified speedily. So all credit to the team. We had a fab time.

In the outdoor area, the toilets were common for men and women. When I went with my kids a man was using the toilet with an open door. It's not something that I'd like my children to see!

The pool area and the water slides were nice and the kids enjoyed it.

The only criticism I have is the one use plastic cups, I understand plastic needs to be used by the pool, however there are reusable cups on the market

Other guests screaming and shouting in the corridor when they come back drunk in the middle of the night.

It was simple and clean. One lady on reception was very nice and friendly. Another lady on reception was miserable and unhelpful.

The only suggestion would be to have some glasses and tissues in the rooms.

The hotel being 3 * was very acceptable, food selection for breakfast same as you would expect hot or cold selection, dinner small selection but well delivered very good. Location a bit off the beaten track but bus outside to go into towns many eateries within walking distance. Pool area although music playing all day a little too loud was very clean great sun beds, mainly AI staying from other countries, we had HB. Staff very attentive, rooms clean tidy fridge and safe, no kettle cups glasses tissues small balcony high wall outside drying line good idea. All in all a good stay close to some amenities .

Drinks and the pool were fantastic. Staff very friendly but drinks finish at 23:00…..not a second after, even if you was in the que prior to 23:00.

In our room we didn't had hairdryer, the shower glass was small and the water going all over the place, the door wasn't soundproof so we could hear everything in the hallway.

Very good swimming pool with water slides, the room was good, the food was great and all the staff were very kind and helpfull. Nice music from the bool bar after the lunch.
