We loved the quiet since is an adult only hotel - the view from the royal suite is amazing really worth to chill by the balcony before the sun sets. Reception staff was super polite and helpful (Dave). Spa experience 10 out of 10, very professional. Breakfast had many options.

It seems that its first Scandinavian guest hotel and then locals come last or it seems weird that they are even there and it was showing in certain occasions which was a bit unsettling and made us a bit self aware. Due to that reason after two times being there we might consider it if we are coming back. For example in the second day of our stay we walked to the breakfast and after sitting down a staff member approached as that seem that she was supervisor and she asked us if everything is okay and then what is our room number and it looked like she was suspecting we werent hotel guests or maybe it looked like it but nevertheless since theres no standard procedure for checking the room number it seemed that they were selective about who to ask and it happen to be us that we obviously didn’t look Scandinavian or Northern European. Standard procedure for all guests would avoid being interrupted during breakfast for asking hotel room number or even in doubt they could check it in the background without interruptions.

I had an exceptional experience at Sunprime Hotel. The service was excellent, with staff always attentive and professional. The food was outstanding, offering both variety and quality. The entire property was spotless and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and a relaxing stay.

We stayed in the Royal Suite. Although it was only a one-day stay, we were very pleased. The room's amenities were excellent. Because it was a separate suite, it was well-insulated from noise. Having its own entrance was a nice touch. We'd love to stay longer in the future.

Overall, we didn't experience anything negative during our short stay. We didn't use the pool, but it didn't look clean. It might have been due to the busyness, but it didn't look clean or clear.

Location and breakfast was very good.

The room was clean however there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom drain, unacceptable considering what we paid for the room.

This was my second stay in Sunprime’s Royal Suite. I had an incredible stay—pretty much everything was perfect. The suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered an incredible view with very easy beach access. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat!

While I really appreciated the effort to add the extra horizontal blind near the single bed since my last stay, there was still way too much sunlight coming through in both the bedroom and that space. The existing vertical blinds barely did anything to block it out, so I was getting woken up early every morning, no matter which room I slept in. A bit more light-blocking would make a big difference for future stays.

We stayed in the Royal Suite, and it was incredible. The view of the sea was incredible, and the hotel is right next to it. The staff was incredibly helpful, and offered suggestions for food and things to see when we asked. We also tried the spa and it was the best we've tried thus far in our weekend getaways. Would highly recommend Sunprime to anyone!

Parking was a little tricky on one day, we got blocked in momentarily by a freight truck, but other than that it was great.

Room was very clean, fresh and modern. Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Great facilities and the food was lovely. Great location, very close to all the bars and restaurants with the beach right next to us as well. Absolutely wonderful service and lovely hotel.

Great location, next to the beach wonderful sea view, great breakfast with plenty of choice very friendly staff, a short walk to the main strip with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Sun beds were an issue, people reserving at 7am, we were lucky as the royal suite had a sunbathing terrace with 2 sun loungers so we used these most of the time,

The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of rich, flavorful options that seamlessly blended local Cypriot and Mediterranean dishes with international tastes. Every morning felt like a culinary journey, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and diverse choices to suit all preferences. The hotel’s location was also stunning, nestled on the east coast of Cyprus with direct access to a beautiful beach. The sunrise views were absolutely breathtaking, creating an unforgettable start to each day. The beach itself was pristine, making it the perfect spot for relaxation. Overall, a truly exceptional experience!

Location of the hotel is just great - first line of the clean and nice beach. Big rooms, good facilities, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here and were dissapointed when we change this hotel to another one.

The sea can be wavy on this side of the island with red flags and restriction to swim. Not nice smell in the bathroom when you are having shower.

Everything. Should out to Dave, Monica & cal at the poolside. So accommodating & welcoming. The hotel is well worth the cost. We would return tomorrow.

Nothing not to like.

The room were spacious, clean and modern . The breakfast buffet had all the options and was tasty as well. The stuff were super friendly and helpful and did a great service.
