We were unaware that we needed to prebook the hotels restaurants for dinner. We had the full inclusive package but by the time we arrived the Italian and Cypriot Meze restaurants were full - during a five day stay each was available only once My daughters room had noise very early in the morning caused by trucks reversing uder her window

I spent a wonderful few days with my children and 6 grandchildren aged 1 through 10 at the resort. This was a perfect choice for us with the option of pools and magnificent beach- felt private. Each morning I took a long swim across the aby and then joined family for a fantastic breakfast with champagne! The kids loved the slide in the little pool as well as the activities in the kiddies club. The pool side restaurant was fantastic with the staff exceptionally friendly. The in the pool Bar with endless shakes ice creams and soft drinks was amazing fun entertainment in the amphi each evening

Great resort, we were there for 7 nights, the Staff was extremely nice and friendly, helping us with any request we could think of. Amazing WIFI at all hotel area, even in the private beach! Great food and Alcohol

Some of the staff was bit rude and spoke to me in superiority, with no eye contact, I asked about the room which looks nothing like the picture from booking, the guy from front disk said it's because we gave you a room with balcony!! The cleaning could be better, especially the floors.

Pool area is nice, good activities for children, breakfast is good and rich

Sometimes the pool area lacked free chaise longues due to people reserving them with towels. Also, occasional gas smells near the beach due to nearby boat rentals.

We stayed in a nice family room with a large balcony, pool and sea view, and complete privacy from neighbors. Though slightly outdated, the room was in good condition. The kids loved the pool area, especially the waterslide, which was always supervised by a lifeguard. The food selection was excellent, with fish, meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. Fries and nuggets were available but not overly highlighted, which allowed children to choose from the regular, balanced buffet. Watermelon was a standout! Hotel staff were mostly friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Annita from guest services for resolving a small issue, and to Luke at the front desk for being very helpful. The beach area was enjoyable and convenient.

One of the elevators was out of service, so only one was working, which wasn’t ideal since we had to wait several minutes each time.

The beach facility should be better. Hotel should make an arrangement of beds and umbrellas on the sand. It is a public beach but something can be done for the hotel guests.

The hot meals could of been hotter. More space in the fridge for water,as bottles kept falling out when opening the fridge door. Didn't like the old fashion shower curtain in this day,& age.

We were in April so not all facilities were open Drinks and food were only available in the main building, nothing was open around the pools. The kids playground can have better maintanance like painting... Location- a bit far from the city. We took the bus but it took us more than 30 min. Each direction...

The wifi didn't work in my room or in many parts of the hotel. The breakfast was ok.

The rooms were spacious and most importantly clean! The Christmas decorations and atmosphere were excellent, really bold and impressive Christmas tree in the reception!😊 The breakfast was really good and with a wide selection of food. Also, the gardens leading towards the sea/marina were very green and well taken care of. We hope that they will keep up the great work in this 5 star resort!

Too much non-natural perfuming across all the areas of the hotel.. hard to breath more than few minutes. replace with flowers or nothing at all.

On one of the days the cleaning of the room was a little late. We wouldn’t have noticed this as we generally return to the room after 17:00 after spending the day out, but we returned to the room that day in the afternoon to relax for some time and saw that the room wasn’t serviced yet.

Everything was awesome. Breakfast spread was lavish. Excellent decor. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing view from the room. Kids play area (outside as well as indoor). Indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The room had an European plug point in addition to typical UK type points available in Cyprus.
