The room was very small, with just one small wardrobe. There was no coffee machine, and the kitchen lacked basic essentials such as salt and pepper. I’m sure the host would have provided them if asked, but these should really be available by default. The main shower wasn’t working, so we had to use the smaller handheld one, which also had quite low pressure.

The main highlight of this apartment is its fantastic location, just a few minutes away from all the main attractions. The host was excellent—when we asked for a new frying pan and a knife sharpener, he provided them right away.

The perfect spot for a girls’ trip! We absolutely loved our stay at Spiros Luxury Apartments in Ayia Napa! The apartment was super spacious (4 big rooms, 3 bathrooms, and a cozy dining area with TVs) perfect for relaxing together after a fun day out. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. The location couldn’t be better, just a 2-minute walk from all the nightlife. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed.

Very nice studio, with everything you need for 2 persons. Great localization, close to main street but not exposed to it. I was for 5 nights and had a perfect stay in Ayia Napa. Supermarket is just 100 meters away, lots of places to eat around.

The property was just perfect for us, we were 8 people and all the facilities were very comfortable. The location was also good, some 5 mins walk to city center. If you’re planning to rent a car. The main beaches will also be very comfortable to go. (10mins ride to Nissi and 20mins to Fig Tree in Protaras). Owner was very helpful and responsive. We were able to park our 2 small cars right inside the yard of the property. There where even beach umbrellas. So we didn’t buy any. This place made our stay in Cyprus very easy and effortless.

We booked the apartment a few hours before we came because the apartment we booked before was a catastrophe. The owner replied very fast and told us where to park for free. The apartment was very clean and modern. I would only recommend to equip the kitchen a little better (kitchen towels…) All in all, it was a great stay, great location.

We liked the location, a few minutes from the center, close enough to transport and restaurants and far enough away from the noise. The accommodation is clean, towels are changed every three days, one complaint is that for a week's stay, the bed linen was not changed once. The staff is very kind and helpful. We had an early flight and the governor was wonderful and allowed us an early check in.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The apartment was super clean and comfy and very spacious, with a nice terrace. The location is also excellent, only couple of minutes walk from Ayia Napa center. There is a self-check in system which made it super easy to enter the apartment and we were able to enter as soon as we arrived from the airport. We had bottles of cold water waiting for us in the fridge. The host was very accommodative and gave us all the information in advance and even let us stay the last day as much as we needed (since we had a late flight). All in all, everything was perfect, and I would absolutely recommend it.

Location was perfect, there is big free parking 2 min walk from the appartment. All the restaurants and pubs are also within 5-10 min walkimg distance. Room was clean and you get new clean towels after few days. Considering the location, it wasn’t very noisy (I do recommend earplugs for the people with the light sleep in general in ayia napa because you will have drunk people yelling on the streets throughout the whole city).
