Great value for my 'inclusive' stay at the Hotel which included 3 fabulous meals - all with non-gluten and vegetarian options. Breakfast was exceptional with home made fruit yoghurts, an incredible array of fruits and a hot buffet. In between the three main meals snacks ( hot a cold including sliders, pizza etc) were available every mid-morning and mid-afternoon. The three pools were beautiifully kept and the bedrooms newly painted and spotless. I really liked the location which is NOT in the centre of Protaras town. Penera has everything but better sea views.

Pool towels could be cleaner. Pillows are too high in my opinion. Location - it requires a vehicle to get to the city center.

While we were on an all-inclusive package, regrettably, the quality of the non-beer drinks was not up to par.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Papouis Hotel, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The standout feature of this hotel has to be the spacious rooms. They are not just clean but incredibly roomy, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay.One of the amenities I particularly appreciated was the in-room coffee maker. It's the small details like this that make a big difference in the overall comfort of a hotel stay. Having the option to brew a fresh cup of coffee in the room was a great way to kickstart my day.The hotel also provided extra towels for the swimming pool, which was a thoughtful touch. It saved me the hassle of carrying wet towels from the room, ensuring that I could enjoy a dip in the pool without any inconvenience. The staff were truly exceptional. They were not only accommodating but also very friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also a delightful surprise. The quality of the food was very good, and the variety of options on the menu catered to different tastes. The swimming pool was a highlight of my stay. It was meticulously maintained and, as the rest of the hotel, impeccably clean. It was a great place to relax and unwind.

The food was a little repetitive and there was a few ant's in our room. The music from the entertainment team had a lot of swear words as did the music around the pool which was inappropriate as there were a lot of children present

Didn’t have any hot water, complained about it but only apologised. Door to balcony wouldn’t open, maintenance got it open in the evening but once shut wouldn’t open again

On arrival the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bar staff were great. The room was vey clean and a good size, the water fall shower was lovely. The food was nice, far better than other All Inclusive hotels in Cyprus. The cocktails and bar snacks were great. Breakfast was really good. For the cost of this hotel it is brilliant and will definitely stay again.

Baar at pool side not worth it, drinks are not up to the mark. I didn't like any of their mocketel, cocktail. snacks are ok

People take sunbeds "taken" 24/7 and show up just for a couple of hours. Should be a different policy developed.
