How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

the towels, the pillows and the bed sheets(didnt cover all the bed properly and had holes) were dirty and had stinks on them.

The rooms only having one plug. This is not convenient. Air conditioning was very weak. And for the size of such a hotel 2 elevators are not enough. Like today at breakfast many guests had to walk from the 3rd 4th 5th and 6th floor all the way down to.where the breakfast was. This was so wrong especially at one moment a woman with a walking problem had to wait for one elevator since the other one had a problem..

I did not like that there was no free Wifi for guests. It was 5 euros extra per day, per guests. Malls, restaurants, cafes everywhere have free Wifi, but not the hotel I am staying at??!! I did not like that guests were placing their towels on the sunbeds very early in the morning even when not using the beds until much later during the day. It is a selfish, unacceptable behaviour. There are many sunbeds, more than enough for everyone... except that when "reserved" this way, some guests end up not finding a free sunbed. Such behaviour should not be tolerated. I wanted to use the spa, but didn't because of the strong odour of chlorine.
I liked the location very much, the sea view was amazing and the pool really nice. Very nice, comfortable bedroom. I also liked the terrace where we had breakfast and dinner. The food was not exceptional but was good with a different theme every night ( Italian, Mexican etc).

Cleaning was not good. When we arrived, there were no pillow cases and even though we were three I had to ask for a third towel every day. And the lifts are not enough for the size of the hotel.
Location was perfect. At the breakfast there was a variety of food. The staff at the reception were very helpful at all times.

The hotel has only 2 elevators which are not enough for 6 floors of rooms.
Costas and Maria at the Pool bar were always very friendly and willing to serve.

bad odour from toilet, facilities old need renovation, no where to hang clothes to dry, they did not change towels every day nor replace shampoo etc. second day did not even clean. food is ok.. too many flies around thought. also the room was opposite the cleaning station and cleaning staff was too loud in the corridor waking us up.

the Bathrooms were a bit rusty and definitely needs renovation, while the rest of the room was actually nice and tidy.
Breakfast was pretty good. Many different choices, and actually tasty. Also lunch and dinner had many options which it was good.

More sunbeds and umbrella’s were needed for the amount of guests. The reception was completely useless. I asked for an anniversary surprise for my parents. They said they would deliver wine and fruit for them (after I contacted on booking / emailed the manager and callled too). Had to call three times for this to happen and nag! Also, no parking for guests who booked on booking.com
The waiters and bartenders were exceptional! The location was great.

Hotel hallway had some kind of not pleasant smell. Room too. Furniture is outdated, and I was really feeling that thousands of people were before me on that bed mattress. Really outdated, needs replacing ASAP. It wasn't comfortable at all. Housekeepers are not great, they do the basic job, almost nothing until you tip them. I'd rather get the good service from the start and then I'm pretty sure I'll tip based on that, and not the other way around.
The location and surroundings are great. The food was also plentiful and varied, so I’m giving a big shoutout to the kitchen!

Outdated rooms need of renovation, two small elevators not responding adequately to client needs, while there are new wooden sunbeds in the pool area there are also old metal sunbeds which are not comfortable.
Location, breakfast, relatively good value for money compared to nearby hotels.
