We absolutely loved staying here. The property maintenance was very well kept. The gardens and pool area were immaculate! The house itself was also kept very clean. Owners were very helpful when we got locked out they were at the property within 10 mins to let us back in. I don't have any negatives with Savvas Villa we would definitely love to come back next year but maybe stay for longer.

Pressure on the upper shower was a little low.

Pool was very clean and suitable for kids, had an outdoor shower and clean outdoor patio! The house was clean and the rooms are spacious for a trip of 4 adults and 3 kids! Kitchen has all you need kettle, microwave, oven, water dispenser.

The house needs some attention to be perfect: the doors do not close easily and make noise, shutters for the bedrooms, maybe new mattresses, a sink is leaking; and maybe a new shower. But overall a great experience. Thank you.

Small ants on kitchen counter which had to be cleaned constantly.

Clean house and it has all the equipment you need to cook and accommodate your needs. We liked the quiet location with an amazing view, great for relaxation.

Absolutely stunning villa, the location was perfect, the views of the sunset breathtaking. Argaka is a real Cypriot treasure, totally unspoilt. The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable 2 week stay, communication with the owners was great, we will definitely be back.

I didn't like that I have to pay extra to use the AC and one of the ACs was dripping inside the room.

Top in terms of privacy.. Pool was one of the cleanest ever. It's equipped with everything including towels for the pool.. The owners are very friendly.

Sanitary equipment on the second floor needs renovation, but it wasn’t a big problem

There are no signs identifying the property, I used Google maps which got me close, the online pictures of the property are out of date. The furniture and kitchen inside the villa needs a refresh. The kitchen units are in very poor condition, deeply stained with a strong musty odour coming from all the draws and cupboards. One of the sink bowls has a large crack starting at the waste and has had some sealant applied, there is a bowl underneath it to catch the leaking water. The sink drainer has mould on it. The cupboards are all full of various mismatched items and there is no room to store your groceries. The fridge struggled to keep anything cold. You can feel the springs on the lounge sofa when you sit on it, we put one of the sun lounger mattresses on it as it was very uncomfortable to sit on. The mattresses are very uncomfortable to lie on and squeak at every movement you make. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, the shower flow is very weak. The lever to switch between shower and bath is broken, we did not want to use the bath so this was not a problem for us.

The outside area was lovely, the pool water was clean but not over chlorinated, the garden was well established and very pretty. The sun loungers where of good quality and nice to use. The view was outstanding and I enjoyed walking around the local area. The freezer compartment in the fridge worked well. The gas hob, electric oven and extractor all worked well and are very clean. The agent responded very quickly to all our communications. We did not try any of the AC units so can't comment on these. We also did not use the dining table and chairs outside as there is a bird nest in the roof and we did not want to disturb the chicks, not an issue for us.
