The windows are not soundproof and we could constantly hear people talking outside or cars passing by, especially during night, but that wasn’t a very big deal for us. Bed mattress wasn’t so soft.

We had a very nice stay here. The apartment was very clean and pretty well equipped. Very close to the city center and bus stop.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the central area and bus stop. Even though it’s close to the clubs, it’s quiet at night. The host was very helpful, allowing early check-in and letting us leave our luggage and change clothes before check-in and after check-out. Overall, it’s a great place for the price.

The wifi could be a bit stronger, but that is not such a huge problem.

Nicely equipped, very spacious, comfortable accommodation in a very good location, with amazingly friendly and helpful hosts. The bus taking people to the most stunning beaches stops minutes away from the accommodation.

the underground parking was very tight to get into so best to avoid it if you have a large car

The host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Having stayed at various properties near the main strip in Ayia Napa, my expectations were realistic, but this property exceeded them all! The apartment was spacious, with two full bedrooms and two additional sleeping areas, providing plenty of room for our group of six. It was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful surprise and the best low budget stays I’ve had in the area!

We stayed at this wonderful hotel in Aya Napa with our family, including two children, and our experience exceeded all expectations. The room was fantastic — spacious, clean, and very cozy. The hotel's location is simply perfect: the beach is just a few minutes away, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. We were especially pleased with the free underground parking, which made our trip even more convenient. The amenities at the hotel are top-notch — everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Special thanks to the manager, Alex, who was always ready to help and answer all our questions. We will definitely come back here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone for their stay in Aya Napa!

They're is literally nothing to not like about this place

It exceeded our expectstions - this place is amazong. Apartment was very clean, modern, and equipped with every thing you needed. Shops a stone away, an outstanding Indian restaurant 2 min walk and close to the heart of ayi napa. We stayed with friends and kids for one night - we loved the place and will be booking again. This place really was a good find. The service was amazing, they were in contact before hand to let us know the location and gave us late check out. Kitchen fully equipped- air conditioning- two bathrooms - loads of beds and space.
