United KingdomRadisson website is not the best needs updating, for a hotel group this size, the information on the sites could be a lot more in depth, and generally give better information.
Facilities are superb, some areas could do with sprucing up, dining Room for example. Disappointed the Italian restaurant was closed, not sure if that is for good or a short period? We had a slight delay on checking in but it was a late booking, and was given a drinks voucher and room upgrade to compensate so not a problem, we were also allowed to use the pool and facilities while waiting for the room to be readied, reception staff are excellent and staff in general are courteous and extremely helpful.

The garden room is good for 2 adults+2 kids. Nice breakfast, dinner is good. Nice pool, would like to have more shadow and more beds next to the pool. Overall, good for a few days vacation.

IsraelThe room cleaning was very reasonable, mainly trash removal and towel replacement. There was no thorough cleaning, such as wiping down all the drinking glasses, the table, etc., and they did not refill the coffee and tea capsules at all.
The staff was very nice and professional! The location is great. The facilities in the hotel and the restaurant were of a high standard.

UkraineVery poor room cleaning standards. The bed was never properly made, and there was visible dust and dirt under all the beds. The floor was not cleaned thoroughly, and the balcony wasn’t cleaned at all.
On the positive side, the staff were polite and welcoming, the breakfasts were excellent, the coffee was delicious, and the poolside loungers were very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the beautiful view from our room
