Very good location, very polite staff, good facilities with nice indoor swimming pool that you can use it without additional cost. There is also a small beach that you can visit. The food was excellent in both the quantity and the quality.

On the first day after we checked in at 14:30 there was a period where we kept getting knocks from the cleaners until we told them its occupied making us wonder why as we had been given the room as ready. Other than that it was a good experience!

didnt like the bed - very uncomfortable. another big problem was the lack of air conditioning in the public areas, especially in the dining room - take a table outside if you can. in the rooms it was amazing. the beach doesnt have sand so it was a little disappointing for our children, but there is nothing to be done.

loved the amazing view from the balcony - thank you for the upgrade! the room was very quiet. the room was clean and the hotel very clean. the staff were AMAZING! so kind and welcoming. helped us with every request we had. loved having breakfast near the pool, and dinner outside watching the sunset! the breakfast was good.

The only downside was that the extra bed (couch) provided for our 10-year-old wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, which made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which we really appreciated.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. We had a beautiful view of the turquoise sea from our room. The room was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and huge. What we liked the most was the staff at dinner, they were extremely friendly, helpful, funny, we felt very at home. The food was very good, and there were lots of different activities available at the hotel. I absolutely recommend the hotel to everyone.

Curtains in the room where not sun blocking entirely so our baby couldn’t sleep :( but this is not a negative just a suggestion to change) Also the beach is not easily accessible especially with the baby (again not a hotel issue, just a note for someone who wants an easy access)

That there were no accessible facilities ie no disabled toilets in reception area, therefore limiting the enjoyment of those with needs.

You have to take into account that the hotel is a bit far and you need a taxi to get to the city.

The hotel was wonderful. The food was varied and very tasty. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are good, the pool is good and the beach is accessible. The hotel is very convenient for those who have a rental car.
