The location is excellent, and the price-to-quality ratio is great as well. The host is always available and flexible with check-in/check-out times when possible. The rooftop terrace is a fantastic addition. This is the second time I’ve booked this apartment. :)

During the night the noise from the street came pretty clear. The apartment from the floor level needs more phonic isolation.

Very good location near the center of Ayia Napa, where you can take the main buses. It was clean and had a lot of facilities. On top of it the owner was very helpful and kind.

There was honestly nothing I didn’t like about this property—everything met expectations.

We had a great stay in this room. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two people. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was ready when we arrived. The room is in a quiet area, yet only about a 7-minute walk to the town center, which was perfect for us. Communication with the owner was easy—he was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. A special mention for his honesty and kindness: I had forgotten my camera in the room during a previous stay two weeks earlier, and he not only found it but made sure I could come back and pick it up at my convenience. The Wi-Fi connection was strong enough to stream movies from my iPhone to the TV without any issues. The bed, pillows, and blanket were all very comfortable and more than enough for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and reliable stay!

Nothing to complain

The host is very kind, helpful person, ready to answer any question regarding your stay in Ayia Napa. The appartment is very big, comfortable, clean, the towels and sheets are very clean and smell very nice. Location is great, very close to cafés, markets, restaurants and bus stations and yet in peaceful surround. It is equipped with everything you need during the stay. Definitely we will come back.

A little bit noisy at night

It was very clean,.close to the bus station and shops. close to the centre of Aya Nappa. The owner gave us all the information we needed, in order to find all points of interest.

This place was excellent! Very centrally located and had great amenities. Fridge, TV, iron, nice bathroom, and even a computer! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't recommend highly enough. 10/10

A lot of noise from drunk English tourists at evenings, or quadbikes, motorbikes driving on the street like crazy

Mr. Pieris, our host was super super helpful and friendly. He showed us all the locations we can visit in Ayia Napa, personally drawing them on a paper map and explaining to us. The room was like on the photos, clean and tidy. Only thing is the location isn't the best, as it's close to the town's party street so drunk tourists often come on foot, make loud noise. Or they drive very loud quadbikes, ATV's, or motorbikes. Fortunately when you shut the doors the sound isolation is decent and most of this disturbing noices are muted. There is a nice terrace on top of the building when you can hang out to drink with friends at the evenings.

Nouros Pieris is a very kind person. With a detailed explanation, you get a map to start the holiday. If we had any question, he helped to us, and answered quickly on whatsapp. The apartment is good choice. Near the center, but is not noisy. We can only recomended.

The property was great value for money. The location was amazing and even though it was so close to the strip you couldn’t hear any noise from bars or outside inside the room. Communication was excellent, staff were organised and efficient to check in and check out. Facilities were great as well and everything you could want at accommodation was provided even plug adapters. Would definitely book again

There could ve a better selection of kitchen utensils and cutting knifes and wine glasses would have been nice to have use of , a late check out would have been good to arrange before arrival .

Location and security of the property was fantastic , smart tv in the deluxe room was great , and the air conditioning provided a n8ce coolness to the room .

Great place to stay!!! No need for pictures the apartment speaks for itself, pictures that are already up on booking.com are exactly what they show.😉

I could was my clothes, had the option of cooking or eating out, the supermarket is less than a 1 minute walk from the apartment it’s self, plus there is a 24/hr shop across the road, directly in front of the apartment main front door very convenient but that’s if your mainly looking to buy basics, cigarettes and alcohol. The clubs are are few minutes walk away from the apartment, and from there is Ayia napa square and main strip restaurants bars. And to the host himself Pieris, we would really appreciate the service he provided from the moment we arrived up until we left. If we had any issues we didn’t have to wait whatever it was, he would deal with it promptly. Thank you for having us!!! Great stay!!!

Soundproofing. There is 1-2cm under the door. Luckily in october there were few guests, so nobody was going up and down the stairs and hallways, but on one day some guests arrived and they talked in the hallway and woke me up multiple times. You can hear everything through the door. I would add slippers.

This apartment had everything we needed for a relaxed vacation. The host waited for us and was very polite to us, which we highly appreciate, we felt at home. Apartment is spacious, big bed, balcony enough for one. Exquisite cleanliness, good sheets. They cleaned up the apartment and changed sheets and towels on half of our stay. The location is probably my favourite thing about this place. It's 3 minutes away from our favourite bar with live music, and the bus station that takes you to all the beaches. You can be at any beach within 20-25 minutes. Also the distance to the big city beach is great and along the main roads, so those 10 minutes are interesting and quick. I wouldn't need any better. This is my favourite vacation so far so I will remember this place!!
