Very nice apartment with enough room for 6 of us, walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. Shop opposite the flat too which was very useful.

The balcony was slightly narrow but was still able to sit out there.

The location is excellent, and the price-to-quality ratio is great as well. The host is always available and flexible with check-in/check-out times when possible. The rooftop terrace is a fantastic addition. This is the second time I’ve booked this apartment. :)

Very good location near the center of Ayia Napa, where you can take the main buses. It was clean and had a lot of facilities. On top of it the owner was very helpful and kind.

During the night the noise from the street came pretty clear. The apartment from the floor level needs more phonic isolation.

The apartment was as described, the host was very helpful and fast responding. Great neighbourhood with everything you need.

Our only small gripe was the bed not being the best, since you can really feel the springs, but no other problems.

We had a great stay in this room. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two people. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was ready when we arrived. The room is in a quiet area, yet only about a 7-minute walk to the town center, which was perfect for us. Communication with the owner was easy—he was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. A special mention for his honesty and kindness: I had forgotten my camera in the room during a previous stay two weeks earlier, and he not only found it but made sure I could come back and pick it up at my convenience. The Wi-Fi connection was strong enough to stream movies from my iPhone to the TV without any issues. The bed, pillows, and blanket were all very comfortable and more than enough for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and reliable stay!

There was honestly nothing I didn’t like about this property—everything met expectations.

The host was very helpful and nice, he did a short tour and walk around the most beautiful places to visit in ayia napa.

The host is very kind, helpful person, ready to answer any question regarding your stay in Ayia Napa. The appartment is very big, comfortable, clean, the towels and sheets are very clean and smell very nice. Location is great, very close to cafés, markets, restaurants and bus stations and yet in peaceful surround. It is equipped with everything you need during the stay. Definitely we will come back.

Nothing to complain

Mister Pieris is a super friendly and social person. hes very helpful and a good communicator. we had a good time there.

i dont really have anything to complain about, just minor things like the doorhandles to the bathroom and balcony had a very squeaky sound.
