It's a beautiful and modern villa. It was probably the cleanest villa we've ever stayed in! It's very comfortable. The garden is lovely and private and the pool was just perfect and also very clean! In the evening it is great to spend some time on the rooftop terrace where you have a beautiful view. It's about a 7 minute walk to a supermarket and a few minutes further there are lots of restaurants, shops and the beach. The hosts are very friendly and helpfull.

There was nothing to dislike apart from having to leave.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk to the start of plenty of lovely restaurants, bars and shops and only 10-15 minutes walk along the beach to Fig tree Bay. The Villa is stunningly modern. The photos are just how it looks! The air con in the living area and all the bedrooms is greatly appreciated. The Bedrooms have plenty of storage for clothes. The kitchen has everything needed to self cater there is even a small BBQ to use outside. With a washing machine and dishwasher available it’s easy to keep on top of the cleaning. The Villa has sun in the seating area from early morning and stays on the pool until late afternoon. Then up to the roof terrace if that’s not enough until sundown. Overall it has everything needed for a week or two in the Sun. Elena and Nicos give a warm welcome and are available for any queries. Fab hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The owners are truly lovely people, very helpful, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. They made us feel wanted and cared for throughout our stay. The attention to detail and high standard of cleanliness really stood out. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. We hope to come back again soon!

What's not to like about this stunning villa!! Where do i start, from the ideal location, 5-10mins from beach in one direction, and main strip, bars/restaurants the other way. The villa itself, pics dont do it justice, beautiful in every aspect, loads of space for everyone to chill in sun or shade, great size pool, not forgetting the roof terrace, stunning 360 degree views, sea to church!!!. My family loved every minute of our stay! And Elena was a great host, from meeting us on our arrival and in contact every few days to see if we needed anything. All in all a wonderful holiday in a beautiful villa, we will be back. Steve n family

The villa was perfect for our stay. Spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Gorgeous pool area and stunning roof top terrace with views to the church behind and the sea in front. Everything provided that you could possibly need for your stay. We met the hosts on arrival, Elena and Nicos, who were really lovely and friendly explaining everything about the villa and were in contact throughout our stay checking if we were okay or needed anything. Location is great, 5 minutes walk to beach, supermarket and main Protaras strip where there are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Nothing - it exceeded all expectations!

The Anassa Seaview villa is a perfect family holiday destination. Elena and Nikos were the best hosts imaginable - they could not have been more welcoming nor done anything more to make the stay so enjoyable. The house has everything you could possibly need and it was so lovely swimming in the private pool after a morning in the turquoise waters of Fig Tree Bay. It’s located about 5-7 mins walk from 3 good restaurants and about 10-mins from the Main Street in Protaras. It’s a great balance between convenience for shops/night life and being in a peaceful residential street for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended!

Nothint to do with the villa or hosts, but the road from the villa to the town centre had small sections lacking pavement, and a small section lacking lighting, which at night, pushing our disabled daughter in her buggy, was a little concerning as this forced us onto the road at times and some traffic did appear to be exceeding the speed limit. If the council/local authority would only install adequate lighting - and complete pavements - along the sections in question, this issue would be resolved.

Hosts met us on arrival, were exceptionally friendly & helpful - we were in contact on and off over our 2 week visit to arrange for pool & villa cleaning, all of which went without any problems. The villa is superb - very modern and clean, with fabulous facilities and best of all, within short walking distance (5-10 mins) of both Protaras town centre and beach.

Beautiful modern villa and lovely hosts . Nothing was too much trouble. A short walk jnto Protaras. Best restaurant definitely The Nameless. Amazing food and service. We visited Fig tree Bay , very busy and Koonos Bay Stunning but get there by 9:30. Some quieter beaches nearer the property with beach bars . Better than Protaras Beach which was so crowded. We would return to this lovely villa and pool area for sure!

The villa was absolutely fantastic, it had everything you could possibly imagine available to us and we would highly recommend!!! The hosts met us at the villa on arrival and explained everything we needed to know. The hosts even contacted us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. They couldn't do enough for us. The villa was spotlessly clean. The pool was cleaned multiple times a week. The 3 bedrooms are great sizes with built-in wardrobes in every room. The villa is located within a 10 minutes walk from the centre of protaras, which is perfect in the hot weather. With an array of restaurants and bars with all cuisines available. We took our 18 month old son, and the villa was perfect for him. The hosts supplied a travel cot and high chair. We will definitely be booking again! Thank you Adam

Everything was perfect. We were warm welcomed in a comfortable villa equiped with everything you could think of. The hosts are so nice and caring. The whole house was perfectly cleaned incl. the swimming pool. The location is also good and close to everyhing. I highly recommend this place!
